Do you have to fill out the survey & review of products before you can get the magazine subscription? I haven’t done this one before because it always seems confusing & cumbersome to complete.
Yes. It’s a little annoying but worth it if you want the magazine. I currently have a Shape Magazine subscription for free until 2014 because of filling out these surveys. This will make it through 2016!

Kind off the subject but not sure where else to post it… I bought Mens Fitness in June through one of these sites and was offered Maxim free. I have since received several Maxim but not ONE of the Mens Fitness which is the one I bought. Since it wasn’t through MF’s actual website, not sure who to contact or what to do?? Has anyone experienced anything similar? Thanks!!
i would contact the company in which you purchased from. you may have to do some searching to get a contact #.
