I was having the same problem and gave up…I went to check my e-mail and there was an e-mail from Listerine. I opened it and was FINALLY able to print the coupon twice!! 😀 Hope this helps.
You can also try printing from Firefox. It worked for me this morning.

This is off the subject but did anybody get the $10 gift card a while back for purchasing a mouthwash product of some sort. Sorry but it’s been so long that I’ve forgot what exactly it was! I was just curious because I never got mine and I know it’s been a while.
no, i never got it! i was just thinking of that the other day. on a different note, CVS has listerine clearance for $1.99. i dont think that either of these new coupons will work, are there any available for the regular kind?
Yup. Got mine a couple weeks ago. It was the Real Simple promotion. “Supplies are limited,” so there’s no guarantee with that one, especially when posted on a popular blog. Likewise the Rachael Ray brush promotion. Getting these ones tend to be hit or miss, so I don’t even bother recording them in my rebate log. They’re just a cool bonus if they happen to arrive.

Nope, I didn’t receive mine either. I understand that sometimes supplies are limited, but it would be nice if they would send out a little E-mail letting us know that they’ve run out, so we don’t keep wondering about it.
Holly, I received mine ($10 debit card for purchasing any Listerine product from People StyleWatch mag) about a week ago – however, I don’t have any of the info because I toss all the copies when I receive the rebate check. Hope you get yours soon.

I couldn’t register either so I tried to contact the company to tell them that there is a problem. The representative said that the website is separate and he could do nothing. He could not even report that there was an issue. I’ll stick with Scope.

worked for me just now, I signed in at the top of the page instead of after clicking to print the coupon
OK, just switched to Firefox instead of IE and finally got it to work!! Still had to login, click on coupon, login, click on coupon a couple of times…

Ok I try to sign up and I keep getting wrong word validation. I have done it at least 10 times and now I am just aggravated (at that site).
is there a limit to how many ecb cvs will give back on the same product? for example, if i print and by 4 of these coupons, will i get the full 8.00 back in ecb, and so and and so on?
yes, there is usually a limit of 1 or 2 per household, and it should specify in the flyer or on each sale sign in front of product. Collin usually specifies as well in her list
I registered with Listerine to get the coupon. I’ve received my welcoming email. However, it still doesn’t allow me to login. If I can’t login, I don’t get the coupon. A pox on Listerine!
Waste of 10 minutes
Ok everyone got it to work.. check your email you registered with and click on ‘go to listerine.com’. once you go through there you can print, although i was only allowed once.
Glad to know I’m not going crazy. Lol. Just got it to work. Printed twice after hitting the back button 😉
I am using Firefox & have tried several times already…keep getting ‘internal server error’…bummer.
i always had a problem trying to print coupons with firefox..i used internet explorer and was able to just print the coupons out
Wrong validation code, about 20 times, and each time had to retype password, email, and click the I accept box! UGHH
It wasn’t able to either but then clicked on the coupon holding the ctrl button and it popped up another window to print

talk about frustrating! whew….
I had the same problem – wish i had read the comments here first – i went to the contact me section and told them about my problems and frustation – i beg you guys when you have a problem like this tell them they need to knwo how frustrating it is to us. They will never fix stuff if we don’t tell them. next time it will be easier if we tell them.
