I did this deal yesterday, can’t wait for it to come in! I love trying out different facial products. There are also a lot of other items that are just a few dollars more than the lip protector. I’d rather spend a few more and get something better than a lip balm 🙂

I wasn’t able to get the face wash, which kinda stinks b/c i love that stuff, but instead they gave a free skin rejuvenating treatment, which is listed at $36 on their website. we’ll see what comes! 🙂
Was anyone else disappointed when they got their order? Mine just came and I was told I was getting a FREE full-sample moisturizer ($36 value), because they had run out of the free cleanser. They didn’t include it. When I called they said they just ran out of it, so they canceled the free item. I feel like I was cheated a bit. I wouldn’t have ordered $11 blush if I knew I wasn’t getting the $36 moisturizer for free with it. Bummed. Now to return it, I’d have to pay return shipping. Frustrating!
Same thing happened to me!!! I was goign to call today and see what they said. I am really disappointed with their customer service on this! They should have offered something in replacement!
They did the same thing to me. I wouldn’t have ordered $9 chap stick if I would have known… not very good customer service. They canceled both samples in my order!
I called Origins today and explained that when I placed my order that there was a special promotion going on at the time. I also explained that my item was on backorder when I placed the order and that when I received it two days ago, the promotional items were not in the box. She apologized and explained that for future orders, if an item ordered is on backorder they cannot honor the promotion. She went ahead and sent me the promotion items that were on my original order. I thanked her for the information and for sending me the promotional items. I suggest that if you call and calmly explain the situation they will send you the items. I really feel that Origins has great customer service becuase I’ve ordered from them in past without issues and everyone in the store are super friendly.
