I entered my information, but it tells me I do not qualify. Hmmm?
Is anyone else getting this message?
“The information that you have submitted is either invalid or you do not qualify for this offer.”
🙁 Looks like I won’t get my coupons 🙁 I signed up and received my email but when I clicked on the link to print my coupons it says “The Coupon Print Activator is not supported on Windows 7” 🙁 bummer and I really wanted them.
Mine wouldn’t print either?? This is what mine said:
We’re unable to support coupon printing on your system at this time. The Coupon Print Activator is supported on Windows Operating Systems 2000, ME, XP and Vista when used with Internet Explorer 6.x, 7.x and 8.x and Firefox 2.0 and 3.0 and on Mac OS X and above when used with Safari 2.x and 3.x or Firefox 2.x and 3.x browsers.
Coupon printing is not supported under Linux, Unix or Web TV platforms. Coupon printing is not yet supported under Windows Operating Systems using Google Chrome or Safari 4 or for Mac OS X using Safari 4.
and I do have Windows 7??
are you on a Mac w/ Safari? If so, go to “Develop” at the top of the Safari page, click “user agent” and click Safari 4.0.5. Works for me every time.
Yeah if you read it carefully it doesn’t list windows 7 in the list of supported operating systems. So it won’t work if you do have windows 7, like me 🙁
I didnt even bother trying and now definitely wont based on the comments here…I’ve never been able to print coupons from the man. website because of the same reason so I didn’t figure this would be any different. Certainly an interesting way to market oneself, not keeping up with technology and upsetting potential customers. Same for any colgate/palmolive brand like softsoap, irish spring, etc too.
It worked for me…if you’re getting the error message that your information is invalid, check your junk inbox for the email. Mine was there.
I went to print the coupons and it says my browser doesn’t accept cookies and to follow these steps to allow, etc. Well, mine was already set for it, so I unchecked and rechecked it but it still keeps telling me the settings aren’t right. Sigh…oh well. =)
Heather sometimes when I get that messsage I’ll clear my caches & cookies and then it’ll print with no problems – maybe that might work for you.
I got it to go through and it came in my Junk Mail..but it wasn’t for $8.00 in coupons..just 2 for .75 off and 1 for .50 off. Anyone else get the whole $8.00 they said was there?
SUCKS… windows 7.. blah blah not supported.. it’s 2010…. aren’t they a BIG COMPANY… lazy tech’s, messing w/ my coupon happyness! 😉
Says my info is invalid…Grrrrr!
It now says “We are sorry, but the offer that you are trying to reach is no longer available” — maybe because everyone was having so many problems…
