Walt Disney World's Moms Panel = FREE Trip?!
Wow! Wouldn’t you love to snag a FREE trip to a Walt Disney World Resort in exchange for providing your opinions and feedback?! If so, hurry on over here to apply for the Walt Disney World Moms Panel, an online forum of vacation advisors made up of everyday people who will answer questions and offer advice to families in the process of planning a trip to Walt Disney World Resort. The Moms Panel application is open through September 17th at 11:59 PM EST or when 20,000 applications have been submitted (whichever comes first).
In order to qualify to be a moms panel member, you must meet the following criteria:
* Watch the video found here
* Be 18 years of age or older.
* Have access to a computer and an Internet connection.
* Be familiar with Walt Disney World Resort and have visited at least once in the last 12 months.
* Be fluent in the English language.
* Complete at least twenty-five written responses per week.
* Provide your opinions and feedback.
* Submit an autobiography and personal photo and/or video to be posted online.
* Be available to travel to Walt Disney World Resort from December 10-13, 2010.
* Be willing to participate for up to 24 months.
* Not be current employees/Cast Members of The Walt Disney Company or any of its subsidiaries, must not be immediate family members of a current employee/Cast Member of The Walt Disney Company or any of its subsidiaries, and must not currently reside with a current employee/Cast Member of The Walt Disney Company or any of its subsidiaries. In addition, participants must not be employees, contractors, advisors or consultants for, must not hold more than a de minimis ownership interest in, and must not serve on the Board of Directors of, any entity (other than The Walt Disney Company or any of its subsidiaries) which owns or operates any hotel, resort or theme park located in Orange, Osceola, Lake or Seminole Counties, Florida. Also, not be currently employed in the travel or theme park industries, and not be an immediate family member of, or currently reside with, people currently employed in the travel or theme park industries.
Persons who are selected as panelists will receive a FREE trip to Walt Disney World Resort to train for this exciting program!! If you are selected to be a Moms Panel member, be sure to let us know! 😀

I have decided to sign up for this..i have been going to Disney since I was 4 and am now taking my dd who is 3 at least 6 times a year on different day trips and family trips..thanks for posting this. I forgot the sign up started today.

It doesn’t look like it … you just have to love disney and love helping others plan their trip!

I haven’t been there last 8 years or so but it seems I was selected as a member but not sure. They sad congrats so I think I did it ?! I really don’t know so we’ll see… 😉

I think the idea is to recruit “experts” on Disney, who can advise people planinng their vacations. I’m pretty sure Disney experience is a major qualification for being chosen, so you can assist others and answer their questions.

Yes, and also keep in mind that It’s not a “vacation.” The trip is filled with training and press events. Still very cool, but not just a “free trip to Disney.”
I hope I get it. I met my husband at Disney when we worked in the Magic Kingdom in our 20s. My son is LITERALLY a Disney creation 🙂

I read a blog of a mom who was accepted to the panel and went on the trip. It was AMAZING to read. Lots of freebies, she got to spend the night in the luxery suite inside Cinderella’s castle, go behind the scenes at all the parks. I know you will be filmed, and your photos and videos will appear on the Disney Mom site. I haven’t been to WDW yet (2012), but would love to do this after we go.

I think I just missed it..when I was logging in it redirected me to this other page..and now when I go to register myself it keeps directing me to the other page..I just missed it I think sooo sad…LOVE DISNEY and it would be such a thrill to be a on the panel and also an honor!!

Thanks for posting this! We went this year and LOVED it. Probably not a snowball’s chance in Florida that I’ll be selected, but it won’t happen at all if I don’t try!
This is a great opportunity but it would be hard to tell my kids I’m going and not them! A trip alone isn’t fun.
I would LOVE a trip alone, lol! I could ride everything my little “shorties” couldn’t ride and I could ride them over & over and over without rider swap! 🙂 I filled out an app. This momspanel is AMAZING! If you are planning a trip, definitely check it out. They have answers for everything, even the things you forget to ask. 🙂
