   can not connect to the server. Won’t load. I tried both ie and mozilla firefox and the same thing happened. to those of you hip2savers that got through, If someone has a tip on how to get through please respond

  I posted my comment then went back to get another sample for my mom and couldn’t get through this time, must be down. Guess we’ll have to keep checking to see if they get it fixed again.

   From their Facebook page…
   “Due to maintenance, our sample requests are currently not available. If you would like a sample, please email emilie@thomascoffee.com with your name, address and desired strength.Also due to high volumes of requests, please allow more than one week for delivery of your sample. We appreciate your understanding. Thank you. Monday at 9:02am”
   I checked their blog and it said about same thing as above. I’m not sure about strength part. I only saw were premium and decaf pictures on the Facebook so might be that it but not sure.
