I went online, put in my zipcode and it tells you how much the Brita pitcher is at that store. It is $7.00 at my store…free Brita pitcher..awesome!

Collin, I went to my store to get the “free” brita pitcher and they would not take my coupon. They said that it didn’t show up in their system, so they couldn’t take it. Do you know if Lowe’s has a coupon policy?
since yesterday every time I try to print a coupon its asks for my zip code and will not print out coupons anybody else having this problem
I was at Stop and Shop they have them on sale for 7.99 and they took the coupon no problem so if your around Stop and Shop and have them on sale its a great deal for $1. Good luck.

I just went and bought mine and at first the cashier resisted taking the coupon. I waited while she deliberated, then showed it to a manager who waved me right through! Yippee!

You can’t 🙁 Lowe’s only takes ONE coupon in a transaction, it doesn’t matter if it’s manu or a Lowe’s one.
I was at Home Depot, a few months back — they took both a Store Q & Manu. Q on the same items. I have my fingers crossed Lowes will do the same.
Hmmm… It seems that Lowe’s “should” take both a MQ and a SQ in a single transaction because the SQ (store coupon) represents the discount Lowe’s is willing to give “off” if a customer presents that Q. The MQ (manufacturer’s coupon), Lowe’s gets back from the manufacturer, so Lowe’s is losing nothing by accepting it, too. They have a sale to gain!

in our area, they only give military disc on some holidays 🙁 Home Depot has just started giving 10% disc all-year round….so hopefully Lowe’s will do the same

My Lowes said they don’t take coupons 🙁 Call your Lowes first
Your Lowes may not accept coupons but all Lowes will do competitor price matching. Try approaching from that angle.
That’s funny! Lowe’s puts out coupons — most often found in Sunday’s Inserts… Both Manu. Qs and Store Qs!! [Britta is a good example of this — I have some “Lowe’s” Qs right here.] As usual, it seems to me “what cashier you get, the manager’s knowledge of the policy… etc., etc.”. You should keep asking… better yet, write to Corporate and ask what their policy is. 🙂
Ran into the same problem at my Lowes with the statement that they don’t accept manufacturer coupons. I immediately called Lowe’s corporate office & spoke to a Customer Care rep who looked up their policy, which states they DO accept manufacturer coupons. If you run into this problem, I would recommend asking the manager.
You might also want to check the inventory online. No guarantees but some around me are already sold out or have low inventory.

No. The $7 Q is a manufacturer’s Q — you can use it any place that takes MQs and IPs (Internet Printables).
Publix has them for like $9.99 too!!
So I’m thinkin’ we need a Publix or Target Q to go with the $7. one to get them free!

Oo my DH will be very happy. If it’s the same size it’s $31 at Rite Aid. I figured I could get it for $15 with coupons. Now I can get it cheaper and with a higher value coupon.
Some Walgreens only have the 6 gal. size and it’s closer to $20

I used the last coupon for these at my local Lowe’s and I’ll tell you that Lowe’s is the worst place to try to use coupons! They tried to tell me that since the pitcher was on markdown that I couldn’t use a coupon. I argued with them until they gave it to me but I’m not really sure that it was worth it! I wish I would have printed this coupon before I went to Dillon’s yeaterday because they had one on clearance for $10. That would have made for a good christmas gift.
I see that Bed Bath and Beyond has them for $9.99 – do you think they would accept the $7 off coupon? and they always have 20% off coupons – could they be used together?

I got two at Lowe’s today for 2.09 with the 7.00 coupon. the lowes in simpsonville allows you to use manu and store coupons. if you go to lowe’s.com there are coupons there for other things too and they told me i could use them with a manu coupon as long as it does not go to the neg. Yeah, I may be able to get cheap clean works detergent.
They wouldn’t do it at the Lowes in Anderson, though. They were clueless about coupons.

I tried at Oregon Lowe’s and the cashier really looked it over and then called a manager and the computer didn’t want to take it. The manager just did an over-ride and everything went through..just took a little bit. Mine was $3.45 after coupon…still a grat price. Oh, and I got 2 at that price.

Just thought I would let you know that I went to our Lowe’s here in Jacksonville and they had the Brita Slim Pitchers for $7! It rang up as $9.97 but the display pitcher and the shelf both had $7 price stickers so the cashier did the price adjustment and it was FREE!! I asked about the military discount as well and he said that they only do one; either the coupon or the discount.

Used 2 of the $7 coupons at my local Meijer this weekend, they have the slim pitchers for $8.99 regular price. They had a 2 day sale going on through Saturday with a 20% off Do-It-Yourself department purchase. The pitchers just happen to be in that department! So I bought 2 in separate transactions and used 2 of the 20% off coupons to get the pitchers for $.64 each after tax. I love seeing the look on people’s faces when I tell them about this deal!
