Umm, I just signed up and got email right after. Then I click the confirmation and it shown the screen which looks like application form again (blank one). Do I need fill it same thing again? I have no idea. Help!!

I cannot get it to work. I clicked on the confirmation in my e-mail and it took me back to the same page. So I filled out the form and it said I already registered. It also said status opt-in so I’m assuming that it’s not letting me opt-in. Any advice?
