I love the almond flax, it tastes so yummy, but it will give you a serious stomach ache? Has anyone else had this issue?
Ha ha. That’s ’cause it has some serious fiber. Does the same thing to my husband. He prefers the plain Kashi Go Lean – but he gets whatever is on sale or whatever I have coupons for 😉
LOL, yeah same here. That’s the only kind of Kashi I cannot eat, love all the rest.
Yes I have had awful gas and tummy tied in knots with the Go Lean. Wish this did not happen because it is really good tasting cereal. If you Google “Gas from Kashi Go Lean” you can read some of the comments people make about this issue and some of them are hilariously funny. Wish they would take the chicory root out of this stuff and I would use it by the truckload.

I don’t really like the new berry crisp. It tastes what I am assuming is like soy or something. A little off. My favorite Kashi is the heart to heart. But I like the go lean regular, the crunch is good too.

Ahh man, unlimited number of prints… I just came home with 15 boxes of capri sun from genuardis, now all this cereal. My husband is going to think I’m really nuts! Hopefully he doesn’t find the 20 bottles of dish soap in the basement!
