AWESOME customer service!! I called because my order went through then at the last minute it said there was a problem with the site 🙁 When I called I told her what happened and that the item I purchased is now on hold! She said she could see my order but not my credit so she said she was going to take care of it for me!! So she just put the credit to the order she could see so that way I got the credit but also I didnt have to wait for the item to be out of someones cart!!
I CALLED AND THEY SAID YOU DONT GET THE REFERALL CREDIT TILL THE OTHER PERSONS ITEM SHIPS..BUT THEN MY SISTER EMAILED ME THAT SHE HAD ORDERED AND I GOT AN INSTANT CREDIT?

I just want to say that I love this site! I scored the following – 1 large shallow bamboo bowl (snow) and 1 small shallow bamboo bowl (snow) for a total of $4.95. YES I did! FULL price, no $15 coupon applied. I am ticked because they also won’t allow you to cancel the order either UNLESS you contact them within 15 minutes of ordering. I am paying full price PLUS their $7.95 in shipping charges for a very small metal water bottle for my son. Ugh!
Never again will I use this company, they charged me full price, even though my order confirmation had the 15 dollars on it. I hope they can straighten it out. Now I have no money in my bank to buy ink, because of this. And it has taken forever to be shipped. It just shipped today. GRRRRRRR!

Both of my orders still say In Processing. I have yet to be charged for either of my orders. They were supposed to be gifts, Guess im glad there is still plenty of time for replacement gifts in case these dont come through. Although they were going to be great inexpensive gifts….. I haven’t gotten my order yet, however just saw that they did charge me full price despite the confirmation saying the $15 credit had been applied.
I was wondering if anyone else was charged too. I just saw it this morning and of course they are closed on Sundays. I’m super pissed. I’m calling them first thing tomorrow and they better be giving me a credit or just refunding me for my order.
Just saw I was being charged for my order as well, not surprised for some reason but really mad, mostly because I haven’t recieved anything via email saying they weren’t honoring the $15 credit, at least give us a heads up. I will be calling tomorrow.
My bank put a fraud alert on my account after I ordered from here. I told them to let the $1.95 go through, but if another charge from there shows up to alert it again and let me know ASAP cause I wasn’t placing any more orders.
I was just charged as well! This is the reason why taking advantage of “deals” gets very overwhelming because now I have to deal with arguing with them/returning products/etc etc. I think I need to learn my lesson – NOTHING IS EVER REALLY FREE!

called about my order this morning, they claim that they make a preauthorization claim and once the order is shipped they will refund the money??We will see don’t really know how to argue this?

So we’ll see if the refund really does happen, if you haven’t already emailed or called I would do so…at least in email there is a paper trail of communication…

same problem here. but it is funny because they charged my account $14.90 and product plus shipping is $14.95. It seems that they are charging random stuff. I emailed them and still waiting for response. worse case scenarion I will fight charge with my bank because this doesnt fit any amount product itself, product and shippng or shipping. overall they made very bad impresssion and i would not buy from they anymore.
That is the same charge on mine…but when I checked my order on their website it gave me a 5 cent credit instead of the 15 dollar credit…they seem to be all sorts of jacked up!
Just checked again and it seems to now be correct with the full credit…I will see if the charge at the bank falls off over night.

I placed 2 orders with them…paid through Paypal. I came here to see if anyone had received their order yet. I have not gotten any ship confirmation or anyhting. So I went to the site and I cant even log in…its like they deleted my account! SO I went to Paypal and I cant even find the transaction on Paypal! Its like it never even happened….SO strange. Will NEVER order from this company again! FRAUD!

Kerry, I did the same exact things you did and had the same results as well. I did look up more details in my paypal account and found the transaction. However all it said was it was “pending”. So strange…
How did you find the transaction in PP? I tried everything to search and its completely gone!
Somethings I noticed there was an “arrival date” and it was different for different items. They all seemed to be mid October (i.e. 10/16 – 10/22). And also, they would not charge your account until the item ships. I previously thought there was an issue with this company also, but over the past couple days all seems to be legit. My order has shipped by UPS and they explained the temporary charge and that it will be reversed (as a comment mentioned before). I think this will make a great gift and can’t wait to see!
I got charged $2.95 (which is correct) and it has a tracking number saying it should be here today….we will see!
