We did buy 2 manual toothbrushes and 2 $2 +UP rewards were printed

  2. Wendy Douglas

My daughter bought two of the toothbrushes at the Rite Aid in Roy and realized that it didn’t print off any up rewards for them. She had to tell the manager and was given the refund in cash. It’s crazy that some places work and others don’t.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I had the same problem on yesterday, none of the manager could print my up rewards,so I called the 1800 number and they are mailing me my up rewards.

  3. amycook

This worked for me too in Indiana, PA!

  4. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Ugh… I was on the phone yesterday with Rite Aid Corp. after my shopping trip. Not only did only ONE Up reward print, but NO where in my circular did I see a limit!! So I bought 8 of them w/ my coupons expecting to really make out w/ the Up rewards. Rite Aid Corp. told me there was a limit of 2 (??!!) and they credited to my account for all the Up rewards that didn’t print… the Crest mouthwash and toothpaste :/ Now I have to wait for two weeks for all my Up rewards to print w/ some receipt ?!!

    • Andrea

I bought two toothbrushes and 3 floss and only two rewards printed so I returned two of the floss and called corporate when I got home and asked about a limit because some of the up rewards in my flyer say limit one per household and some don’t. She said there wasn’t a limit on them and that if I ever had some that didn’t print out to call them and they would send them to me. She told me that I could go back and buy the floss again and if they didn’t print to call again and they would send them. I hope I don’t talk to the same person you did if I have to call again

So I’m confused — Are the +up deals a blanket ‘1 per household’ or does it have to say specifically ‘limit 1’ in the ad? What was it, back in July or August it was supposedly going to become the ‘limit 1’ policy? I thought that was for everything but as indicated by this post, I too have had multiple +ups print out if I buy multiple deals/items. And this call to corporate seems to indicate the ‘limit 1’ policy is not on all +up deals. For as terrific & crystal clear as their coupon policy is, the +ups are the one area I’m foggy on & could be a little more consistent! πŸ™‚

when i called 1800riteaid today the lady said that up until this past sunday, there was a “limit 1 per UP reward”, and that’s why some of them are only printing once- they’re working on it… now there isn’t a limit unless stated on the ad. she said if more than one UP reward doesn’t print out, just call them and they’ll mail it to ya~ πŸ™‚

  5. Mouni

I did the exact same transaction this week and only one up reward printed out. I obviously didn’t complain because they were both freebies. πŸ™‚ However when I did the reach deal last week I used a BOGO coupon and still got 2 up rewards. I guess it’s a hit and miss.

  6. Janetwado

I am having trouble viewing any of the Rite Aid videos, for a month, and didn’t know why,did they change something,is anyone else having trouble too, please help!

    • Mouni

I can view and print them fine but I did read a couple of comments of other people having that problem. Did you try accessing it through firefox or a different computer?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Shut off ad blocker in Firefox or any other ad blocker program and log back in.

  7. Derek

I can confirm this too, I used the $1/1 and bogo and paid 1.99 and got two $2 +UPs. Yay for MMs at Rite Aid!

    • Kristie

Did the $1 q beep since the bogo attaches to 2 items?

  8. miranda

They didn’t have the cross-action in what I wanted so had to buy the pulsar.
    bought 2 at $4.99 each
    used BOGO from 9/26
    used $1 off from 9/26
used $.75 off not sure where I got it
    payed $3.24
and got two $3 +Up Rewards

    • Alea

Sounds like you did much better than the posted deal πŸ™‚

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I did the dame deal, but mine rang up at 4.79 each, the manager took off 4.99 for the BOGO Q and another $1 Q and so I paid $3.79 for two and got back two $3UPS πŸ™‚ So $2.21 MM and my husband LOVES these toothbrushes. It was a win win situation πŸ™‚

  9. Deb

Did this as pasrt of my deal on Sun morning-it worked like a charm!
My subtotal before tax was .01 cent!

  10. Kelly

Do all Rite Aid stores operate under the Same coupon policy? I had a very frustrating Experience yesterday when trying to use a $5/$25 coupon and Manu/vv coupons. The checker and the manager both said they were supposed to take the Manu/vv coupons off first and then, if I was over $25, they could use the $5/$25 coupon. I had the old policy with me, which is pretty vague (to me). The new one looks clear, though. Argh!

    • Loretta

Kelly, Sorry you had problems at Rite Aid. I always hang on to my MF coupons until after the $5/$25 is scanned. Then my MF coupons magically appear out of my wallet. LOL

Two of my students are cashiers are at Rite Aid and I have never had a problem with my coupons. One student is a single mom and I always share any extra coupons I have.

      GOOD LUCK!

    • Alea

I have had my $5/25 coupon scanned first and at the end and it never made a difference. Same with CVS because their computer system applies the coupon to your total pre-coupons.

    • BrandyK

No they are wrong. The new coupon policy states that a $5/25 must be taken of PRIOR to using any other coupons. This can be printed at their website! HTH!

  11. Loretta

My store did not have the cross-action one sale, but they did have the pulsar.
I bought 2 at $4.99 each, used BOGO from 9/26.
    Paid $4.99 (plus tax).
Got TWO $3 RR for a nice little money maker.

    WOO HOO for Rite Aid!

  12. Jennifer

I got 2 +ups as well! Here in Thousand Oaks, CA. Cool deal!

  13. couponlover

I also purchased 8, but got ZERO!! I called and they are mailing them to me. I told them there was no limit listed so she said $16 was what she was sending me, but I really don’t know if that is the case until they get here.

  14. Marissa

Do the UP rewards roll to the next transaction? I probably cant do this anyways because my Rite Aid is always more expensive than the prices that are shown on here πŸ™

  15. lizel

i purchased the 2 oral-b crossaction. The one I purchased came with a travel sized crest toothpaste attached to each of them. I don’t have any coupons so I paid $4.98 + tax and got 2-$2 +UPs πŸ™‚

    • lizel

and yes, mine rings up for $2.49 each πŸ™‚

      • Jodi

        NO COUPONS????!!!

    • lizel

I live in OH and mine rings up for $2.49 each πŸ™‚

  16. Lori

I got 2 up rewards in TN

  17. Nicole

i bought 4 of them, in 2 transactions, and i got 4 $2 up rewards back

  18. Amanda M

It worked for me this way in Michigan too!

  19. Alea

sounds like it’s going to be one of the deals that everyone snags up most of the toothbrushes in stock, so my store will probably have none left. πŸ™

  20. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Have anyone else noticed there is no limit on how many $2 up rewards you can get on the Oral B cross action tooth brushes!

  21. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I don’t see bogo coupon for pulsar manual toothbrush. I only see bogo for oral b crossaction manual toothbrush.

  22. LYNDA

I did this deal but mine also had a free sample of toothpaste with it so… bonus for me…yay

  23. Cindy

There is also a $1.00 coupon on Any Oral-B toothbrush in the flu shot booklet. Sweet!

  24. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I just did this deal, but only got 1 Up Rewards. That stinks. But I still got a good deal!

    • Niki

Am in Southern CA. Only 1 $2+up reward printed. Happy anyway cause it FREE. Love free toothbrushes. Oh, have I told you lately that I love riteaid?

  25. Christy

I live in Washington State and purchased two toothbrushes yesterday and out popped 2 of the +UP rewards! Gotta love a money maker!!

  26. Lauren

I forgot to hand the cashier 2 in ad coupons, if I take my receipt and the coupons to the store tomorow, will they honor them?

  27. Lynette

I also got 2 +UP rewards for the Progresso soup. Made for a nice deal with a coupon I had.

  28. Tara

Did this deal for the crossaction toothbrushes on sale for 2.99 (reg 4.99) and for the b1g1 coupon the cashier took off 4.99! Plus she took my other $1 off coupon so they were both free and I got back 2 $2 UP’s. I think she was new to coupons because at first she scanned all the UP’s I wanted to use to pay for the transaction and then the manufacturer coupons and it wouldn’t take all my manf ones because the total got so low. She tried to tell me to keep the manf ones for later, I told her no those are for specific products I’m buying and the UP’s are general. I had her void off all the UP’s and do the manf ones first. Took some time but since she gave me 4.99 off for the B1G1 coupon it was a lower total than expected. Wanted to do another transaction for the Olay deal but could not find that roller ball for the life of me!

  29. ICEMOMMY

I did the same deal except I bought the Pulsar which cost more but I used 2 of the coupons from the Rite Aid coupon booklet and paid $2.76 and got back 2 $3 up rewards!

  30. Michelle L.

Did anyone notice that a new phrase appears on the 9/26 P&G coupons?
“Limit of 4 like coupons in same shopping trip.”
This must be because people are buying multiples from coupon clippers.
    Just thought this was interesting.
