Where is the rebate form? I printed off the coupons, but can’t find the form on coupons.com.
You have to clip the rebate form on coupons.com. WHen you print, the rebate form prints out.
How do you get the rebate form to print? I checked it off and all it printed was a coupon size rectangle on my page that said Get $10 Rebate. It didn’t print the actual form.

Yes the same thing happened to me…coupon size so-called rebate form…googled aveeno rebate and came up with nothing!
It did the same thing for me. I went back and printed it separately and it worked 🙂
Yes, I just did the same thing. I had to go back in and only print the rebate form. BUT from another computer because I had already printed it twice (supposedly). It wouldn’t let me print it again from the first computer.
I did not see the 2.00 aveeno coupon.Is there a zip code yhat works.

How do you print the rebate form separately? I tried clicking on it, but nothing happened, and when I check the box it prints tiny inside the coupon. Thanks!
Oops when in doubt read the instructions. I just saw where Collin posted to print it by itself. Now off to find another computer!
