i was so excited to go in there tonight i had intended to use the 7 of the ace hot/cold pack coupon from ealier in the week and get a good deal had evrything on the counter and they absoultly refused the coupons . They said it was the wrong product i said it didnt have a size restriction then they said they cant let me use a coupon thats more then the product…ya didnt go well . but i feel kinda bad because with all my items including the 7 ice packs i had $26 so i used the $5 off of $25 coupon first then when they wouldnt accept the coupons i put them back. But they didnt take off the $5 coupon….so i feel bad but at the same time im saying Well if they had just let me use the coupons i would of had gained 7 more products and paid 80 cents for evrything instead of $1.75

It works for some because some cashiers dont care and just push it through. They arent technically supposed to push internet q’s through i think. but this one is just going to be a varying thing i guess.
manufacturs will not pay for alot of the coupons that are pushed through,,since it is being entered manually it will not show the bar code of the transaction log to show it was sold and matched up for the manufacture. The rg is suppose to beep now when it is a non match coupon,, of course there is always hickups in the systems….I think the ace coupon was not orignially planned for the trial size but they goofed on their printing.
Next time take a copy of their coupon policy with you. My store said it beeped because the coupon was more than the item but their policy clearly states that they can put the coupon through for the price of the item. I’m going to try again today with my Sunday cashier (who is awesome and so understanding about coupons). I’m sure she’ll let them go through.
today at my Rite Aid it beeped and the store mgr said that they could make it accept 1 coupon for two products since it would then be over the value of the products but refused it otherwise. she also refused to take both my $4 VV coupon for the fast flats and the $4 from ALL YOU because they both read “manufacture’s coupon” even though I explained that one was ad perk and the other was from a magazine, she said it did not matter if it was VV or not, only one MQ. Messed up my whole deal!

Colin, for the L’oreal it states that you get 2$ SCR if you buy 2 and SC rebates are limited to one offer aren’t they? If you buy 4 you’ll still only get $ 2 rebate not 4$ . I could be wrong but that’s what I always heard from other Rite Aid shoppers.

I am guessing that you are referring to Single Check Rebate #7 where you buy 2 L’Oreal Cosmetics and get a $3 rebate. In this specific case, the rebate has a limit of 9 so if you buy 4 L’Oreal Cosmetics, you will actually receive a $6 rebate. Hope this helps!

The Rite Aid in Atlanta price matches with competitors. So today, I bought 8 Nivea lip care products, and produced the Walgreen’s ad showing the price as $1. I also used four $2 off 2 Nivea lip care product coupons and scored eight for 0.58 (tax). I received 8 $1.99 UP+ Rewards. It was awesome! That’s almost a $16 MM.
FYI – The Nivea and Crest/Oral B +Ups are printing in multiples. I did two separate transactions this morning, one of which included 5 Nivea Lip Care (among other things) and another that contained two Crest Outlast toothpastes and two Oral B toothbrushes. All 5 Nivea +Ups printed and all 4 Oral B/Crest +Ups printed as well!

Wet Ones 40 ct. or Singles 24 ct. 2/$4 Weren’t advertised in the paper or on the shelf and didn’t ring up at this price. HOwever, My local store was nice and gave them to me at this price.
So I totally got an unadvertised, unexpected UPR today. I bought 2 sweedish fish, 2 suave body washes, 3 travel sized tresseme, tic-tacs, eos lip balm, toms toothpaste, crest toothpaste, and 2 single serve candy bars-a snickers, and a twix-and my UPRs that printed were the $1 for the sweedish fish, $1 for Suave, $2.69 for crest, and 2-$2UPRs that say “Club Chocolate” The only chocolate I bought was the 2/$1 single serves, and I used a bogo Q, so paid .$.50 for both, and got $4 back!!!
