It did that to me at first. I scrolled back up and saw that I needed to adjust my password to include 6 letters and at least one number. I didn’t realize it until I scrolled up and looked at the right hand part of the screen.

yes it is. I’m not sure about the 25% off, but if you get the Family Christian catalog/flier on Nov. 11 (Veteran’s Day) there is a 33% off coupon! that would make it $26.80!! I believe that you do need the coupon that is on the catalog.

GRRRRR i also got my order cancelled, but then even better was the fact that I tried to use the 25% off coupon on another order, in the enmail it says clearly – sales items included. when i tried to check out it didnt take it off the sales items. i called and they said that not all sales items are included. mine are not of course.
