I got mine!! It doesn’t come with batteries and there are only 24 per store.

Yay! Glad you got yours! 🙂 In the ad it states, “Minimum of 24 per store” … so I’m hoping that means that most stores will have more than 24 since 24 is the minimum amount?! I’m not sure, though.
Hey collin, I was there first thing today and my store said they had 24 ( I am in Smithfield,NC).

Even though I probably won’t be taking advantage of this offer (no Radio Shack near by), I have to give kuddos to any business that has a giveaway with the safety of the kids in mind.

i didnt get the flier but i wonder if i go to their web site and look at the online flyier and then print it wounder if that would work?
I got mine today. Flashlight does not come with batteries, but requires 2 D batteries. They have a sale on them, reg. $4.79 per pack, on sale for $10.00 for any 4 packs (AA, AAA, or D’s, any combination). The brand of batteries is called “Enercell.”
I called my radio shack and they have a ton of ads in store…so you could use one if you didn’t receive one in your newspaper.
Ditto! We didn’t get one in our Sunday paper so, I called our Radio Shack and she said they had many ads in the store that we could use. I am on my to my local RAdio Shack just two miles away to get my free flashlight with NO batteries. FYI Harbor Freight Tools has a coupon for a free LED flashlight (retail value about #3.50) and it DOES come with batteries. My son has been cutting them out of the Sunday paper every week for months!
15 minutes later I am back from my local RS in Ill. I called in advance to see if we could use the ad in store, and the lady said yes. WE get there and there’s and old man and he said we are suppose to bring it in from home. I asked for two because I was with my 10 yr old son, with the huge stack of ads in front of me , and he said no–only one per customer. He had to call another store to see how they ring up. He asked for my email address to complete it. These sell for $2 at Walmart, too without batteries. The ones from Harbor Freight Tools are 100% better if you have a store near you.
Since there might be only 24 per store, I’ll just call before going on, and see if they can put on on hold I only live 5minutes away…I’ll do it!
I gave the coupon to my Brother who was going to the Mall anyways Today, and they gave it to him with NO Problems 🙂
