Neither was mine. It was all sample size stuff – one degreaser, one window cleaner and some cloth wipe.
Mine wasn’t either, but it was perfect size window cleaning kit for my truck. I hope it is full size this time though.
I’m wondering if the sizes they send is in relation to your response to the last question: Will you review the product.
Did you all say “yes” and still get a trial sized piece? It would make sense for them to send much smaller sizes for those not willing to share their input!
I always select Yes to review the product, and I got the sample kits (for both sets of cleaners)
There were two samples to choose from last time. One for the floor cleaning kit, which are the big gallon jugs & then a window cleaning kit, which were smaller but still great sizes for samples.
Mine wasn’t full size either, and I wonder if it depends on your answer. Last time I chose household/consumer, but this time I picked child care. I do watch 3 kids (various days/times) during the week, so I have to keep the floors clean! Either way, if its full size or the little samples, still helps!
Mine was the full size last time, really heavy box! Was shocked at everything I got. Really cool of them.

under the rankings of importants i believe you HAVE to rank “other” too. after i did that it went through
i got that too, so i closed out of it and went back in, this time i didn’t let it auto fill in all the blanks and just did everything manually, and it worked that time.
I am getting the same thing and called sams and they have no idea what this free sample stuff is. They are submitting something for someone higher up to call me. I don’t know why it won’t accept me. This is the 2nd time I have tried to get the free sample and it didnt work.
They want you to rank how important each thing is to you. Use the numbers 1-5 only one time. So if the price is most important to you, it’s 1, then if smell is 2nd most important you mark that as 2 and so on..

the answers are 1-5, they want a different # answer in each question. I had the SAME problem and it fixed mine. good luck:)

Occasionally, you can get a free trial day for in-store use only. You still have to pay a 10% service charge.
I think it will be the full size again due to the fact that they ask for a physical address and not a PO BOX. UPS delivered mine last time and UPS will not ship to PO BOXs.

For the “already registered” error, make certain you are only inputting the last portion of the numbers on your card. You’ll see that only a few numbers can be inputted.
For the “error on question #2” problem, you must rank the items from 1-5 without repeating the number.

I couldnt get the website to display. Too many websites have too many fancy graphics on them that older computers cant work with, so I miss out 🙁
