Buyer beware… I took advantage of the free shipping deal last week. They ended up charging me 5.99 shipping anyway because the actual items I paid for (excluding the freebies) was under $25. They reserve the right to review your order and remove any promo codes that were improperly applied. I emailed them about it and they refused to refund the shipping charges. 🙁

Can’t you report them to the BBB? It doesn’t seem right that they charge your credit card with out verifying it first? That’s why they have your contact info…
That’s what I asked too! If they would have asked me if I still wanted the items even tho’ the shipping was $5.99, I would have said no. However, they never contacted me and the shipping charges didn’t show up until they had already shipped the item, so I wasn’t able to cancel the order.
I would contact your credit card company!!! Show your credit card company your initial order confirmation from VS. Credit card company usually is on consumer side. They also have attorney to help sort this out for you. Once you show the proof of charge. Credit card company will reverse the charge back to you.
Yes, you can just call your credit card company and file a dispute claim. Show them your intial order form. ALWAYS Keep those and while you wait for the claim to be settled they actually credit you back the amount they owe you. They have to prove they can charge you that $5.99 and you can prove from your order form it was free. You will for sure win hands down. It may take a phone call or two but I wouldn’t let VS get away with it. I had to contact my states attorney generals office because they tried taxing my shipping on clothing items. I was told they are not allowed to this because Minnesota does not have tax on clothing. VS eventually credited me back and they have now fixed the problem because I was able to send them documentation backing my claims. Anyway, good luck to you. I’m only luke warm to VS online ordering. I finally have my size down in all the items but their returns and exchange program leaves little to be desired. Hope you get your shipping back. I know my credit card is awesome about this stuff.
Just put in 2 orders, thanks to a NEW friend from eBay. LoL! Good thing I got my orders in by 12pm. It’s 11:30. Cost me $12.72 each order, I used my angel card also, so I got TRIPLE points!

VS customer department is very nice if a code won’t work for you or they charge something incorrect call them….they will fix it 🙂
Check your orders… I did two last night, both of mine say unknown but the shipping charge has been added to one of my orders and not the other…
I just got off the phone with them and they reversed the shipping. $25.80 for 2 sweaters, 2 scarves and minimum $20 in rewards cards. I’m thrilled. 🙂
yaayy i got my $17 shipped order of sweater (one size larger fits very nicely!) , set of 3 lipglosses (LOOVE THESE< cant never have too many glosses!) and a super soft red sweater! Its really light and warm and cozy! cant believe it and the gloss were free!! thanks collin!

They took off the shipping but the scarf shouldn’t have counted towards the 25.00
They just charged my card and did not charge for shipping! Yay! Everyone had me worried. If they had I would have disputed it b/c I only authorized $12 to be charge to my card. If they did not want us to have the free shipping and free scarf they should make the codes that way.
I always call to order from VS. They can tell you if the codes work or not when they put them in with your order. You will know exactly what they are charging you so you can tell if a shipping charge has been added or you didn’t get the discount. Another trick is if you really wanted an item that has gone off of the internet pages and out of the catalogues it may still be in stock and they will be happy to sell it to you. I have also found it may not be in stock in the size or color you want this week but in two or three weeks it may be in your size or color. I recently got an item this way and am fixing to order another item which is now in my size. I have been happy with everything I have gotten from them and find their clothes affordable with all the codes and sales. A lot of times I get up an order of $100 with my girl friends to get free shiping since the closest VS store is at least 90 miles away.
