Family Dollar released a new $5 off $25 coupon here and here, valid through 11/28! This coupon should make the Black Friday deals that much sweeter! You can also print additional Family Dollar coupons here

*$0.50/1 Colgate 360 or Max White Toothbrush
*$0.50/1 Lysol Disinfecting Wipes 35/80ct or Disinfecting Spray 12.5 oz
*$0.75/1 Mucinex DM 6ct.
*$1/1 Kleenex Tissues
*$1/1 Robitussin or Dimetapp

I’m guessing the Kleenex coupon should make for some very inexpensive Kleenex!

Will these work at Dollar Tree?

    • Yvonne Bush

Dollar Tree and Family Dollar are totally different stores. Unless your Dollar tree says they will take competitor coupons I am sure this wont be good at Family Dollar

    • Jennifer

Dollar Tree does not accept coupons, everything in their store is $1.

I know this a post for Family Dollar but I have a question for Dollar General. Does anyone know if you can stack a store coupon with a manufacturer coupon? Also do they accept IQ besides their own store coupons?

    • Yvonne Bush

most stores will let you use manufacture coupons with store coupons. I work at a store called Fred Meyer and you can use both store and manufacture on the same item

yes you are supposed to be able to stack them and yes you can use IQ. Although I have read on here that some people have trouble using IQ at their store even though their coupon policy states that you can but I guess it is up to the manager. Also in my past experience, Dollar general is the worst place to use coupons because if it doesn’t scan, they wont let you use it even if you have the item. Also you can only use one of the same coupons per transaction unless you hand them the coupon right after they scan that item and then again after they scan the next identical item.

Went to family dollar yesterday thinking it was dollar general, (was trying to score the canned veggies) didn’t have much to do yesterday, so I went around the store, they have covergirl queen collection tweesers, nail trimmers, etc for 1 dollar, used the save 1 dollar on any covergirl product. Worked like a charm, plus great stocking stuffers. Also noted stocked up on franks red hot sauce, original 1 dollar, minus family dollar 25 cent coupon, and newspaper 35 cent coupon, grand total of 40 cents. Woo hoo, husband eats this like candy. They have alot of clearance food as well, so keep your eyes peeled.

The wording on the 5/25 coupon sounds like it will be applied when you reach at least $25 after coupons?

I have done this coupon deal before and I just made sure my orde hit $25 then I gave them the $5 off $25 store coupon then I gave them all of my other manufacture coupons and it worked great! I had no problems at all when I did it this way!

I have used a coupon like this in the past and my total had to be at least $25 after all coupons were used. It clearly states this on the coupon too! I wish it would work the other way like CVS, that would be awesome!! Does anyone have any deal scenarios??
