      I recently purchased from nomorerack 8 days ago. I too did not receive a confirmation email for my purchase. I have emailed the company on numerous occasions. There is no phone number on the website I had to search for complaints against the company in order to locate a 800 number. I contacted them today after finally receiving an email back stating my order would shipped on 12/20 in time for Christmas. I could barely understand the customer service rep but was told she could “guarantee” I would receive my product in time for Christmas. When asked where it was shipping from she did not have a clue but kept reiterating that I would receive it in time for Christmas. This is all too fishy for me now that I have made my first purchase and am not getting any answers from their customer service dept. My suspicions started when I did not receive a confirmation email. Hopefully I am wrong because this website was featured on the Talk which is how I heard about them and I started to review their deals daily. The one day I decided to purchase and now I sit here waiting without answers and no product.

    I purchased the game and boots and went to apply the credit, which it stated I had in my account, and for whatever reason, It didnt apply. My purchase went through without the credit, and I emailed the company. Hopefully they’ll correct the order.

    The site’s FAQ states that items can be held in your cart for 20 minutes, then they go back into stock and are available for other people to buy. I wished I’d read that earlier. I would have kept refreshing to try to get the Twilight Scene It.

    I just placed an order for 2 Twilight Scene it’s and 2 Hanna Montana DVD games all for a total of $12.00. I didn’t receive a confirmation but you can see your order history by going to your profile and hitting order history. It doesn’t pull up the order but at least it shows that it’s their. $3 for each of these games shipped to my door is pretty amazing. I’m thinking toys for tots.

      my card hasn’t been charged yet but I am gonna be on the safe side and just cancel my card tomorrow when the bank opens. I would rather not get a good deal and be safe than get scammed. I haven’t had any suspicious charges on my account yet, I check it religiously.

      I was wondering if scam also. Credit card charged, site says “processing” (for 10 days now) and called customer service and they said they couldn’t find order and would manually have shipping area track since they were going through a computer upgrade….Did you get your products?

    My package says delivered to garage and its not in my garage 🙁 I think it may be in the neighbors as our addy is on the wrong side of the street so I have to check with him tomorrow and see if he got it. If I would have heard the UPS man I would have been outside to see where he was going knowing I had packages due to be delivered.

      I was told today that I would not be receiving my order. This was after I emailed them about four times trying to get an answer. In early December I was told that my order should be shipping with in the week. I am very upset with this company, I understand if a company can’t fill all orders, but to be lied to is horrible as I was left with out Christmas presents for a few people.

    I’m not sure if anyone will read this, but it is worth a chance. I am having a major problem with this company. I finally received a call from someone last night, but it went to voice mail, saying they would give me a credit to no more rack for the amount of my order that I never received from this deal in November. How ever, when i tried calling the number back they said it was a different company and could not help me. I would just like my money back on my credit card that they are still charging me instead of a credit to a store that I now do not trust. Does any one happen to have a correct phone number for no more rack? I am happy some people received their items, but it is now a mess for me. I would not order from this company.

    I received my first order from this company today – makeup instead of crayons…. Have sent an email to them, but will file a dispute with my credit card if I don’t receive satisfaction. Not a great way to begin business with a new customer…

    I ordered from nomorerack on Jan 14th and Jan 21st, and they charged my credit card and I received the credit card bill, and yet they haven’t even shipped the items yet! Is this legal? I sent emails, but they don’t seem to know their a$$ from their elbows. They keep giving me responses that are just flat out wrong and do not answer any of the concerns I emails them about.
