I keep getting a “something broke” page after I enter in all my information. Anyone else get this?? I’ve tried to purchase a few of the groupon offers and it’s giving me the same page.
I had that same problem. I never got a confirmation page, but i just checked my account and went under my groupons. It is currently processing.
That was the way mine showed hours after the same thing happened (that I submitted my cc for payment then eventually the page seemed to time out). So here’s what I just did – I clicked on the “edit my order” link, which basically takes you back to your order page, and without changing anything, I clicked the big “update order” button. Voila, the order was processed immediately, I got the share/referral links and the email confirmation. So try that if yours looks like it’s still processing.
This works for me. I got the same “being processed” for a long while. After following your instruction, the order went through. Thank you so much!!

They’ll probably give you three codes to use separately. That’s what I’ve seen before on RedBox offers anyway!
If you wanted to give this as a gift — (say to your irresponsible nephew) — would they have to use their credit / debit card to make the rental — or if they didn’t return the movies — would the card you used for Groupon get charged?
Haha, I would assume they would still need to swipe their credit card to get the rental, and in that case their card would be charge. There was an option to “buy this as a gift for someone” as well.

So how does this work exactly? Does it send you a code in your email to type in when you are renting it from the redbox machine? And does it have an expiration date?

Got it but is sure took a while to get through.
I can’t get this to work either. I get to the end & it says my “amount is invalid. You must choose exactly 1.” There is a “1” in the quantity box, but it isn’t letting me change it. Is this a mac problem or is anybody else getting this?? I love redbox & would love to get this deal!
I got the same message but I went to My Groupon and it said that my purchase was being processed and it showed that I purchased one.
This morning it says it is STILL processing! Argh!

I emailed Groupon about the fact that my order is still being processed from yesterday and they replied:
We’re having a slight delay processing credit cards and preparing Groupons today. It should be completed by the end of the day today, and you will get an e-mail confirmation that lets you know that you can log in and print your Groupons. You can always sign in to your account and check on your order at https://www.groupon.com and use the e-mail and password you created when you made this purchase.
