How this company is still in business is beyond me. Do they have anything left on the shelves that hasn’t been recalled???

I spoke with Rachel at 888 222-6036 last night and she was very helpful. Though several lot numbers were not on the internet list, she said the info on internet was incomplete. She went over the info on every package with me. The recording said something about a third party manufacturer. It kinda made me think it was not made in the USA. I don’t know, but sounds like it.

Glad we have not been able to find Rolaids in our stores otherwise we would have been using them.

Thanks for posting this. I did have some that were recalled that I had used a few times when I had horrible heartburn when I was pregnant. I only used two, so it’s nice to still get a refund!

    Awesome…….I use these a lot. :/
Thanks for posting about it Collin!

Thanks Collin. I just called as I have three bags and one of the bags is 1/2 gone…ugh! They are sending me a $15.00 refund for the three bags.

    Tricia 🙂

THANKS!!! I had 2 bags. I did my recall stuff online and it was simple.

I got a TON of the yummy Tropical chews when they had a sale at Kroger (Smiths) awhile back. (We live in the middle of nowhere and I stock up when I head to the big city an hour away)

The form only has room for 6 entries….I think I bought 30 bags (for extended family and me). I might get brave and call to see if I can get a refund for more than 6 bags. I dunno. I don’t have the receipt, but I could email them a picture of all the bags for proof.

Has anyone delt with this before? Like anyone who had a ton of the kids medicine from a sale. Did they refund all or only up to a certain number? Thanks…

I just got off the phone with the cs rep because I didn’t even see where you could enter the refund info online and I had 14 packages and there were no problems. The woman was very polite and explained that production of the soft chews had been stopped and would not commence until their investigation was finished and a resolution had been found. She did say that by later this month some of the “crunchy” Rolaid tablets would be returning to store shelves…I didn’t even know that they were included in the recall.

the website says if have more than 6(all that fit on form) do a second form, etc or call their info line to do it..i had 11 bags, so did 2 forms..

I agree with Heather. I already had to throw out a ton of Children’s tylenol after the last recall and have LOTS of Rolaids from all the $4/2 qs. No wonder I felt worse the last time I tried them.

Thank you for this important post. My husband lives on the Rolaids softchews. They actually work better for him than prescription medication. All of the bags we had were on the list. I am glad I can always return to Hip2save when I have been away for a few days and find information.
