Yes, thanks for posting this sale on the tangle tamer. My daughter’s long, thick black hair is beautiful BUT DIFFICULT….so bad that I have an appointment to get it cut next week; maybe I won’t have to now!!

Yes, you use the tag reader for it, you download the map just like you would a book.
I just got it last night at toys r us, with their leapfrog program I had earned a free leapfrog book or game. My boys are 3.5 and 6 and they like it a lot. I like that they can each do things to their own level with it. It is a very nice, sturdy board map. This price seems like a great one to me! Hope this helps!

Are you saying, one can get the tag map for free after buying 4 tag books at Toy Rus as per their promotion. I got my 4th book on Tuesday so for the free one i can get the TAG MAP for free. Please inform before i purchase this one.
The remington tangle tamer used to be called the “Purrrr comb” back in the day.. We had one growing up and it was AWESOME!!! I just snagged one for my two daughters and can’t wait! So excited! Picked one up for my Mother in Law to give my little sister in law for Christmas!
It sounds like everyone is getting the Tangle Tamer for their children! My hair is pretty long and always takes me a half hour to comb it after a shower! and I dread doing it! Would it be silly for me (an adult) to get this? LOL
Not at all! I use it on my hair as well as my daughters, I’m just SHOCKED it actually works! Wet/dry even “rats nest knots” I call them, LOL!

Darn it, I had the tangler tamer in my shopping cart last night and was going to add a few more things to it tonight, I came to check this site and saw it was mentioned so I rushed to my cart and sure enough, it is gone!
I found the tangler tamer on ebay $13.95 buy it now, and if you have ebay bucks you get 29 cents back, plus you can get 5% back on ebay through Mr. Rebates, so that would be about $1 back total… $1.25 more than the deal on Amazon that is no longer available :(, but cheaper than the other places I have seen… at least you can pay with Paypal 🙂
