Anyone out there: Please comment about your success with using a $off coupon on the item you aren’t getting free with the B1G1 coupon. I tried it at Kroger and was unsuccessful. I’m scared to try again. Thanks!

    • LC

Don’t be scared!! You win some you lose some! It’s totally legal to use a Q on the “non-free” item. 🙂

      • Cassie

Is it usually a beepage situation? Or do the qs go through on their own if your store allows it? I always get sweaty in anticipation of the hassle I am about to experience when I check out at Target. It might not be worth the extra stress to try to use both kinds of coupons. They are always so rude to me and it makes me want to throw up!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I do this a lot. Just remind them you can use one manufactor coupon per product.

Where can I find the $1/2 coupon?

    • Robin

Click on the links in the post…….

      • Valerie

I clicked on the link for the $1/2 boxes of cereal but it brings you to the Gerber Wall on FB….not seeing any $1/2 cereal there.

        • Melissa

          n/m, i don’t see the $1/2 either. I’ll have to ck my inserts, I think I got that q.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

There is no internet link they were available in these coupon distributions:
      -$1/2 Gerber cereals – 11-14-10 RP x1/16
      -$1/2 Gerber Cereals, any – 10-17-10 SS x12/17

      • Valerie

No coupons in our Chicagoland inserts for those dates…bummer 🙁

  3. Catherine

I was able to print lots of these. The print limit is definately not just 2 as most coupons are.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

my print limit was 2 of each =(

  4. Charlotte

Hmmm… what is the average expiration date on the cereals? We’re expecting in June, and won’t be using the cereal until Dec next year… But figured I may as well start stocking up early! 😛

    • Catherine

Cereal usually lasts a long time!

    • Melissa

thats what I’m wondering too. My sis is due mid-April, so cereal around Aug (maybe??).
Will have to ck exp dates and add to her goodie basket!

      • katie

        my was exp. aug/11

    • vanessa

i bought some the other day and exp. date is Nov 2011. I started using it at 4 weeks in her night bottle. Never hurts to have it on hand!! 🙂

      • Charlotte

Thank you Vanessa! 🙂 I’ll go see if I can find some with longer expiration dates!

Look out for Target Gerber catalina’s too!! I have a $1/2 Target coupon that is going to make this a REALLY sweet deal!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Oh yeah. I was bummed that I got cereal this morning with no couponas at Target, but I did get that Catalina….so now I can go back for more!

My son has been on rice cereal since he was a month and a half old (per doctor’s orders because he has a heart condition and a hard time with weight gain) and this is REALLY going to help us out. We go through about 5 or 6 boxes a month, at least, and he’s almost a year old now!

  7. Barb

I am not getting the $1/2 coupon either

  8. Mrs.Hall

Most awesome! My nearly 4 month old is ready for some cereal! Great timing! Thanks Collin 🙂

  9. Collin

Sorry for the confusion. The $1/2 cereal coupon is not a printable (like I thought), but you can find it in the 10/17 SS or 11/14 RP.

    • couponsam24

Is the $1/2 on the smartsource website if you insert your zip code? The chicagoland area did not get them in the paper. If it is, can you provide us with your zipcode?

  10. Lauren M

those of you that had gerber parties should also have the $1/2 cereals as they were included in the packs!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Thanks for the reminder!

  11. Noelle

Is anyone else seeing $1/3 2nd foods??? I’ll take it, but it’s not as good…

    • Charlotte

Yepp, that is the one I have showing.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Yeah, the 2nd foods coupon is $1/3. Still not a bad deal at Target.

  12. Josie

If you are a Vons shopper (or Safeway) you can score the Jarred 3rd foods for .75 with a $5 Catalina when you buy $10 worth! Here is an idea:

    Buy 14 3rd foods Jars .75ea
Use (4) $1/3 printables (if you have two computers)
    pay: $6.50
    Get back $5 Catalina
    = .10 ea!

  13. Julie

kroger has a great gerber catalina right now for the 2nd and third foods. The best is buying $25 pre coupon and you get an $8 cat!

  14. Lynne

I have lots of Gerber good start formula $7 coupons- left over from my Gerber house party. (I don’t have anyone who uses formula) I would like them to go to several people who will be able to use them. I have enough for 4 people to get 3 coupons each. I also have one target coupon for $2 for the first person who would like it. Please email llynne_1983 at hotmail dot com
