I placed two orders. I got a “ready for store pickup” email already for one of my orders and then an email saying my other order was canceled. I think orders are being canceled if the store is out of stock because I went back on the website and it now says my store is out of stock.
It seems to be dead…. I tried to put 3 in my “cart” and it told me that it wasn’t available to be shipped. Then when I tried to have it sent to a store near me, my mom, or my mother-in-law, it said “ship to store coming soon” on all of them. It didn’t make any sense because we all live in 3 different states.
Okay, so I was wrong. It’s still working, but it’s being wonky!!! I keep checking every once in awhile and sometimes it says its available to ship and sometimes its not. I have placed 2 orders on my e-mail address and one on my husband’s e-mail address. He got an email confirming his order, but I haven’t gotten any e-mails yet. I am having them shipped to my house because none of the stores around me, my mom, or my mother-in-law have site-to-store. Hopefully they don’t get cancelled because my 2nd baby is due any time now and I have a 17 month-old so 2 kids in diapers means A LOT of wipes!!
My order was cancelled but I was still charged. Hopefully it will drop off and if not I’ll make a call.
Ok, so I did this 3 separate times ( I have 2 in diapers and one on the way). As I was checking out an option for ShopRunner.com came up. It is free 30 day trial for free 2 day shipping. If it is not canceled before the 30 days then they will charge $79. I will just cancel before the 30 days is up and I got them all shipped to me for free! Had a $20 gift card so I got 9 216 count packages shipped to my door for $2.30! That is a great deal!

For those that think they just scored… you may very well get an e-mail back a short while later stating it has been canceled.
My local store does not offer in store pick up either, but on the window it said that is was “in stock, please visit store for purchase”. Does that mean this is being offered in the store as well as online?!
I went to TRU before doing it online and it wasn’t the same deal in store.

Won’t even let me put them in my cart. Says limited inventory and updates the cart as available. Which since I can’t put any in my cart I’m assuming it’s at zero.

I placed my order, but then I was told directly after that not all three were in stock, so they are still charging me $6.99 for ONE pack!!! I think if I don’t pick them up it won’t matter….hoping so!!! I don’t want to pay that for one pack.
I got the same thing and the store’s 20 minutes away. Been talking forever to customer service to have the order cancelled.

Some ppl have pointed out that it says tubs, well when you click on the link, it says view eligible products, and then takes you to about 6 different kinds of refills. Maybe they are trying to clear out their stock? Good for me! I have a 2 yo and a 3 mo and I don’t think we are done…..

How long did it take to get the “Ready for Store Pickup” email? I received the order acknowledgment email at 6:40pm and have yet to receive my pickup email. I was hoping to go tomorrow, but it looks like I’ll be waiting on my email!

Just got an email saying my order was cancelled. It’s a little confusing why they would do that considering the wipe refill packs were under the ‘eligible items.’ I never get my hopes up until I have my HOT deal in my hands but I am slightly bummed with Toys R’ right now.

I ordered at 7:23 and just received my ready for pick up email at 10:14. I think the orders that are getting cancelled are because the store you selected had less stock than the system thought, etc.

I just ordered too…if you know of a local toysrus that isn’t coming up on the list, you might have to use a different zipcode. We have 3 that are within a 10 minute drive, only 2 came up on the list…looked up the zipcode for the 3rd toysrus, and suddenly it shows up on the list and is available for checkout.
I’m so excited about this deal! They only had the shea butter ones available at my local store but i’m super excited for the price.

My email confirmation said only 2 refill packs available so my OOP would be $15.99 for instore pick up. I called customer service. The guy said that if I did not pick up my order then I would not be charged. I insisted on canceling the order so talked to another “superviser” CS who said the order had already been canceled. Good deal but confusing. I was hoping to get another good deal but did not.:(
For the ladies that it’s canceling your order – It’s most likely because the store does not have the one you picked. Go try the other eligible items and I’d bet it’ll work. They don’t have the stock and that’s why it’s not working. They may have the stock of the other varieties… Worth a shot.
I did order another eligible item and it worked in placing the order. Let’s see if I can the 3 for $7. Thanks for the advice. I’ll quit while I am ahead for now.
Thanks for the advice. I went to pick up my order for 2 (they canceled one but only charged me $5+ for the 2. BRU also had my other order so I got 5 packs for around $12. So excited!

I placed 4 orders for pickup. One for me and my husband, at two different stores. I have 3 pick up orders and 1 cancellation. I really think the orders that are being cancelled are due to low stock in stores. I really hope those of us that did shipping through free runner get all our orders!
