    DOes anyone know if this deal is available in store as well? I am just wondering because it would be even sweeter with coupons!

      I’m pretty sure it’s an error. I believe TRU intended to offer the regular 64-72 ct plastic tubs at 3 for $7 ($2.33 each, average price) and someone discovered that it was also working on the refills. It’s unlikely (although possible I suppose) that the store registers are also incorrectly coded…

    I ordered 3 of the wipes at 620ish pm, never got a confirmation email…I just looked at my card I used to pay online, and it was charged $7.53…hmm Might have to make a call today!

      I had to call BRU this am, told them I never got a confirmation email, or an email to say they are in. The woman was nice, but tried to tell me all 3 refills were there, however I had her stay on the phone with me while I checked my email she had sent. It only said 1 was in. She told me I never added 3 to my cart, which I have the order printed in my hand. She then told me that too many people got a hold of this, it was a glitch and was only supposed to be on the tubs not the refill size. I told her to cancel my order then, she said I dont have to pick it uo it will cancel it self. It could take up to 1-2 weeks for a refund to show up b/c of the volume of orders that need refunding…. I always say if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! Fell for that one! Congrats to all who were able to get theirs! Thanks Collin for all your hard work you do, we all appreciate it!     Did this deal twice, no problems at all and the ladies at my BRU were saying this was such an amazing deal that they were all so jealous cuz they didn’t even know about it til they started getting in orders 🙂

    Well I did this deal last night and got a confirmation email last night, then when I checked my email this morning I got an email saying my order was cancelled because of lack of stock to fulfill my order!!!!!!!!!! Can you believe that!!!!!!!

      I just got my emails saying my orders can be picked up. I placed three orders and 1 was canceled. It was the second one under my name. My first order and my husbands went through!

    I had ordered last night at 7pm and got a call at 8pm from the store saying that they couldn’t fill my order and to reorder on January 8th when they get their stock back in. Well, I went to Babies R Us this morning even though my wipes order had been canceled to get some other sale things. There was a manager up front talking about how there was no way that they could fill all the orders that came in. She said just from 10pm-4am there were over 300 orders just for that store. She said that it was ridiculous and what were they thinking doing such a promotion. So I guess I will try again later into January to see if it works.

    I ordered 2 for pick up in store and one got cancelled and one just emailed me and said ready for pickup, so not everyone is getting all their orders cancelled. Such a great deal even if you just get one order in.

    I think the deal is dead though because I just went back on the website and it’s no longer 3 for $7.

    I think ppl’s orders got cancelled for instore pick up simply because they did not have enough stock. I am wondering if they are trying to clear their stock for new packaging or somehting to that effect. That’s why the diapers went on super clearance at CVS a while back. Because they were redesigning their packaging. I did 4 in store orders last night, one for me and my husband at two different stores and 3 I have pick up slips for. 1 got cancelled. I also did several shipping orders, I have a 2 yo and a 3 mo so wipes are a absolute necessity, and at this price I had to do as many as I could afford. Well most the emails I got the confirmation, and then a second email saying it was processing. So I have hope!

    This is a dead deal- the promo no longer shows on the website and the discount doesn’t come up when you put them in your cart. I had done 2 orders- 1 was cancelled- and I was going to try and do a second. Oh, well.

    No deal here in AZ. Took my paperwork to the store and they won’t honor it. Said that it is for tubs only not the refills as well as they don’t offer the pick up in store option yet. Not a good deal on the tubs as we can get them cheaper with coupons at local stores.

    In Utah I was able to pick my order up this afternoon. I did see a big display in the store for 3/$7 64 ct tub of Huggies wipes. That was probably the deal they were thinking about and messed up online.

    So…I called them since they cancelled my order and a friend of mine had the same thing happen and they still honored hers. Well they refused to honor mine even though they are doing it for 2 of my friends. I definitely will not be doing business with them anymore. If they can do one thing for one person they should do it for all even though it was a mistake. A mistake made by THEM! Definitely a case of false advertisement.

    So I’m actually happy this deal fell through for me.

    I made three orders of these wipes– one was cancelled and I recieved a confirmation for two. Upon recieving the cancellation, I made another through my husbands name and the order went through. We picked all 3 orders of 3 each of teh refills today. However, I checked my credit card and saw that one of the orders was charged $15.63. I called customer services and was told that the promotion 3 for $7 was only supposed to be for the tubs of wipes and that I only ordered 2 of the refills so that’s why I was charged $15.63 instead of the promotion price of $7.00. I picked up 3 packs of the refils so I don’t know how it went through as only 2… They offered the 10% off on my next order but I refused to take it. I’m just going to return the order I was overcharged on. I realize it was a mistake on TRU end, but they need to honor the promotion that they posted on their website cuz it’s not the customer’s faults! Anyways, at least I got two orders of the promotion 🙂

    I received an e-mail this AM saying *I* requested cancellation on this order. I didn’t so I gave CS a call and they said it was a mistake that it was cancelled by them due to being out of stock. The rep. said that she would make a note on my account that I could get the wipes for the same price when they were back in stock. I am skeptical, of course, but we shall see if that actually happens!

    My order was also cancelled this morning. At first she said I cancelled it and then apoligized saying it was thier mistake and they cancelled it. She said she had a memo about the wipes orders, and it was a mistake on the site. I’m pretty bummed because now my 30 free shop runner trial is used up for nothing. Oh well……
