Calling all college students!! Here is a great deal for you! Neebo.com, one of the largest suppliers of textbooks in the nation, is giving you a chance to use one of 100,000 textbooks without paying an initial rental fee — you just pay for shipping (which runs around $7.99).

Here’s what you need to do…

* Find an available title to rent for free here
* Login to Facebook and click “Like” Neebo.
* Click that you agree to terms of the Rental Agreement.
* Complete your order, including a valid email address, your name, mailing address and debit/credit card information.
* After the semester, follow the instructions that you will receive with the original shipment or found here. Return the textbook to Neebo postmarked by 5/20/11 with the return shipping label that can be found and printed here.

* One free textbook rental per person. The number of textbooks of available titles that are being offered rent-free is limited. The remaining number of each of the available rent-free titles is listed here. If there are no boxes marked “rent for free” for your desired textbook, then the supply of that specific rent-free textbook is gone. Keep in mind that fees may be assessed if the textbook is not returned postmarked by 5/20/11 or if the textbook is returned in a damaged condition

So…what do you think? I know how expensive college textbooks can be so I thought that this deal was worth sharing??

(Thanks, Chi-Town Cheapskate!)

So did you really get the book sent to you? Or are you still waiting for it? I went to print a shipping label and couldn’t, but I have not received the book yet so I am not really worried…

      • Megean

Geting concerned..also paid extra for two day shipping. We are now on day FOUR and no shipping confirmation has been E-mailed to me. Actually, no correspondence at all. Maybe this is too good to be true???

Neebo has horrible customer service. We got our book a month late and now it is due tomorrow and their website will not print out the label. I will never use them again and will tell all my friends to never use them. They are awful!!!!! Thats why they are giving away free rentals.

        • Kelley

Hey Shelly! Please shoot us an email at help.neebo@neebo.com and we will take a closer look at what happened here! We will make it right with you!

No worries Natalie! When your rental is due, you will be able to print your FREE return shipping label. Just hang onto your order number, enter it in, print it out and Slap it on the box! It’s that easy!

  8. JeannieNY

Yes, this did work! My son waited till last minute and was able to get a book–renting is cheaper but not dirt cheap..he has rented before. I paid for express ship and the book was here in 2 days–it cost less than $14…Boy, was I happy!!!
