For those of you in Okinawa Japan…first choose US for country and select a state. Then go back and select Japan for country and then choose Okinawa and the one available location. It won’t let you submit without a state selected, but if you choose Japan for the country it won’t let you choose the state. I haven’t tried to redeem this yet, so I don’t know if they’ll accept it.
