   Can somebody walk me through what the process is like to use the MaxPerks? Is it just a straight roll over, or is it complicated? How long do you have to use them? TY!

  I have been rolling rewards for a year now. I just used $64 that I had rolled from December to purchase some of these supplies. The $64 from December would have expired at the end of April. The checkout process is easy – you just type in the reward and pin # that you can get from your maxperks account. You can only use one maxperk reward per online order though. So I find it is better to buy in bulk so you have about $50-$100 to spend on your next rolled order – and so you can get free shipping. At Christmas I actually used $50 of my maxperks to purchase a $50 Home Depot gift card in their store. I had no problems doing that. So even if you have rewards expiring and there is nothing you need or want, you can just “cash-out” buy purchasing a gift card.

   I tried this, signed up for the card and everything and then during th checkout process after I put in my reward card number it asked for a pin….which apparently is on the back of the card. And of course, since I just signed up I dont have the card yet……how can I get around this?

  I think you might be in the billing section and trying to type in your membership#. The Billing Section allows you to put in a reward that you have previously earned to pay for your order. You will have a Maxperk Reward Card and Pin for that. So if you don’t have any previous maxperks rewards, you will just have to pay using credit card.

   I added all of the items to my cart- they are showing up as charges even though they are supposed to be free..? Sorry if I’m being dense but how do I get these for free online?? Any help would be greatly appreciated! 🙂

  You have to pay for them first. Then Office max gives you 100% back in max rewards that you can use for future Office Max purchases. It takes about a month to get the max rewards added back to your account after purchase.

  You have to buy the items now and then next month you’ll get a credit for the full amount – tax to spend at a later date.

  I have the teacher card and the rewards are added up over the quarter and then paid after the quarter ends. Maybe the Works Rewards is different and pays rewards the month after.

   I received a office max 20% card but not a max perks card? When will I receive that?

  With my experience at least, it takes quite awhile to get the card. But you can log into your account and print a temporary card.

   Just curious…I ordered the highlighters and the pens…the highlighters said it was backordered. Anyone have problems with getting the MaxPerks when something was backordered???
