For those of you buying nature made vitamins. Make sure to go to nature made.com to enter the codes on the bottles to earn high value coupons and prizes. These are special codes not sku #. I already got a 5$ coupon and now they have a 7$ coupon on their site! πŸ™‚

    • Bethaney

Just wondering where you enter the codes and what are the codes?

      • mouni

You can see the code in this picture. It’s the code that starts with a ”Y” on the green strip next to supplement facts on the bottle on the left.
        https://shopnsavepaulasway.files.wordpress.com/2011/01/img_0341.jpg

You have to register at naturemade.com then you’ll find a section for ”my welness rewards” and you can enter your codes there.

        • Racquel

          Hi Mouni,
Are we allowed to share codes? Because I am 15 points away from the $7 coupon and I was just wondering if we could??? Thanks for any response or help.

          • Lolo

no codes are a one time use. there has always been a $7 coupon. This has been going on for years… it is NOT new and not a limited time promo.

            • Racquel

Thanks for replying. I did not know this; that’s why I asked.

    • Tiffany

Thanks Mouni! Was able to get a free 6 pack of Soyjoy bars just for entering the codes I got off of my free vitamins! Sweet!

    • Racquel

Thanks for your response. I had enough vitamin bottles to qualify for the $7 coupon. I thought this was something new. Coupons are mailed though am I correct? I thought that I would have been able to print it to use this week.

  2. Kim

The purina cat food isn’t on sale this week, only the dog food. I even had the cashier price check it just to be sure. But on a good note, my RA had TONS of light bulbs.

  3. LACEY

I made a profit on buying light bulbs…! woot!!

  4. amanda

How did you make a profit off the light bulbs? They would only let me get the six?

    • LACEY

you only can get 6 but there was a $1/1 GE Reveal Light bulb coupon in the 1/9 SS that I used this morning and it worked with no beeps!! so I had 3 and was able to make a $3 profit!

      • amanda

        Good to know!! Thanks Lacey!!

      • Anon

That coupons states it is for very specific items – just because it didn’t beep does NOT make it right to use!!! That is coupon fraud and RA will probably not get reimbursed for it. This is what makes the stores get leary about coupons and start to restrict people do NOT misuse coupons people!!! Please!

        • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Your post should be deleted. This is how this crap starts on this thread. It is not coupond fraud. It is a GE product and a GE coupon. GE coded the coupon to the product, Not Rite Aid. Do you think GE will hold all of it retailers liable for reading the fine print of every coupon that is used, and allowed to be used (no beep)? The only fraud here is you claiming you know what you are talking about.

          • Anon

If your cashier read the coupon and refused it they would be completely correct. Teaching and telling people to use coupons that are not for the items the manufacturer intended is wrong. It makes a bad name for ethical couponers. Collin can delete my posts if she sees fit, but it is my intention to make sure people do the right thing so they don’t ruin it for everyone. Just because the coupon does not beep does NOT mean you should use it for other than it was intended. The cashier and store could get in trouble for it and then it makes the stores get heavy handed about coupons and limits. The deals are good enough that people should have no problem doing the right thing.

          • melissa

To Quote you Anonymous “GE coded the coupon to the product, Not Rite Aid.”

Yes, that is true. All coupons are family coded. But that is not the intention of the coupon, for ppl to read family UPC codes. Its to go by the writing on the coupon. If the coupon is for GE Reveal, then it shouldn’t be used for GE Soft Bulbs. The coupon doesn’t say ANY GE Light bulb, but a SPECIFIC type.

Using a coupon like that is sneaky and underhanded. But if you don’t think theres anything wrong, then so be it. All I know is those that get over always always get their comeuppance!

            • april

The thing too is that it all boils down to the bottom line for a company. If people start using coupons for things that they are not meant to be used for just because they go through, companies will start having to code item specifice for everything…in turn costing them more money, leaving us with lower value coupons or no coupons at all.

            • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

There is a reason the cashiers are taught to READ the coupons. At one store the cashier actually spent half and hour standing, spending several seconds reading the FINE PRINT on each of my coupons. Needless to say, I do not shop at that store anymore, but they have obviously had trouble with people giving them coupons that don’t beep, but they also don’t get reimbursed for. So thank you to those who are using nonbeeping coupons fraudulently.

          • hatecvs

the post should not be deleted as its true, a coupon legally is only to be used for what it says on the coupon, when you misuse coupons it hurt all couponers, I love to use coupons and I wish people would quit using them fraudulently as it hurts all of us who shop behind the people whom commit fraud

      • mouni

That coupon is for different light bulbs. Rite Aid might not get reimbursed for it.

    • april

I must admit I am not one start yelling COUPON FRAUD, but I do love Rite Aid. The store makes it SO easy to get stuff/make money off of it legitimately that I do not understand using a coupon just because it goes through. I would feel very bad if I used a coupon that the store did not get reimbursed for just to make a buck off of it for myself. IMO, I would not call it fraud as much as I would call it stealing. I do not mean to offend, just to offer another point of view.

      • melissa

I agree. My feelings are that those who abuse or misuse coupons, karma always has a way of biting them in the arse.

        • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

You could have just took that coupon, along with a target q from their site and got the reveal light bulbs free this week.

    • M

I did it twice and got 2 $16 up and 2 $10 up!! I made $38 today and got 6 fish oils and 6 light bulbs!!! πŸ™‚

    • Tiffany

Thanks Laurie M! Did it this evening and it worked perfectly- love when that happens! πŸ™‚

  6. Heather

My Rite Aid did not limit the light bulbs so there were none left. πŸ™ The teenager boy cashier told me that some lady came in and took every single one when they opened this morning. He said she bought them one at a time and kept using her Ups to buy the next one. He did the whole transaction.

    • Anon

She would have only received 6 ups per card though. The limit is 6 per wellness card. I purchased 12 (6 at 2 different stores) and I only received 6 ups as I knew I would. I bought the other 6 because 1.99 is a good price and I’ll use them.

      • Heather

Based on the one time I saw her in action and what I have heard – she probably has a few different accounts and she usually brings a few other women with her. None of them speak English but they sure do know how to scoop out the deals! πŸ™‚ So I am guessing that they probably split up the transactions. I saw her buy all the toilet paper and tissues last week.

        • Laura

She is probably using her deals to resell somewhere else. My Rite Aid has one like that and she is SOOO greedy and annoying!!!

          • Heather

Yes, it is a little annoying. Thank goodness she only seems to focus on one or two items each week and not everything. It just makes me more careful to not load up – I have no need of tons of the same item and I want everyone to have a chance at a deal! I did see a lot of the TGIF snacks left on Saturday night about 15 minutes before the store was closing and that deal would end so I did end up buying six of them at once – No one else was in the store and the price was about to go back up with no Ups.

          • Laura Hoover

This is the first comment I’ve seen where a woman buying every sale item was described as not speaking English. Why is it that this is also the only time I see someone suggest the only reason she’s most likely doing that is to resell them? Maybe she has a large family she needs to support on very little money, like most of us here. It’s inappropriate to judge and stereotype people.

I get that we all are frustrated when we witness others not sharing, but at the same time, thats the name of the game. Competition is what our culture thrives on. My little brother almost got seriously injured on black Friday because of this mentality. I think if we all take a step back and appreciate what we score, and brush off what we don’t, we’ll all be more happy. If we all try to understand each other and have compassion then maybe the next time you see someone buying every last item you were going to the store for, maybe that person will share a few with you… It all starts with love for each other.

            • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I totally agree. I am Hispanic & I must admit I was quite offended by this comment. We are all into the deals regardless of wether we speak English or not. Some people might just never see it that way – & that’s fine we all have the right to our own opinion. πŸ™‚
              Adios !

            • Jay

Lol do all Spanish folks run convenience stores??? While her actions may be dishonest and greedy, isn’t the extreme couponing show based (for now) on Caucasian individuals clearing shelves with the gentleman “hoarder” caught selling from his stockpile?? Ugliness comes in all shapes and sizes, be careful with your remarks people!

            • Jen

That show on hoarders showed a caucasian male that called the grocery store ahead of time to tell them he was going to purchase cases of items and according to the show he DONATED the items. Sounds good to me – especially if he’s donating the items! That’s awesome.

            • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

well said Laura! I didn’t like that comment either and what it was suggesting

  7. Rhonda

She had us print a coupon for Afrin and said there would be a $4 up reward and one for Coricidin and said there would be a $4 up reward starting 1/23. I don’t see either in their ad or on this post. Did the sale really start and can we use these coupons and get an up reward? Does anyone know? Thanks.

    • Janice Greene

      That’s for next week’s deals.

    • Lisa

As Collin stated earlier, it starts next week 1/30….I think she was just giving us a heads up to print the coupons now before they run out!

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks. I was wondering about and searching for that deal too. I had forgotten that it was for next week.

  8. Sarah

Not a great week for me…oh, well..there’s always next week!

  9. Krista

Anyone else have trouble with the hearth Healthy ups printing. I bought 3 NatureMade Fish oi odorless 150ct which was over $60.00. I got the 2 $16 ups but not the @ $10 ups from the heart healthy promotion. The rite aid cashier helping me could not figure it out either and said maybe they are not overlapping deals but said to call them since it does state on form listing what qualifies good from Jan 23rd to March 26th

    • melissa

      IDK? I purchased 1 100ct Fish Oil and 1 40ct CoQ10, after q’s/vv/ups paid $8 w/tax and got $16+UP and $10+UP Heart Healthy Reward.

    • Dawn

Mine didn’t print either! I bought the 150ct, but the only bottles they had were the bonus bottles where you got 50 more free? They didn’t have any of the ads in the store for me to point it out to them, and had no idea what promo I was talking about!

They had the smaller bottles, but I only had the coupons for $1 off and the VV ones, our WalMart hadn’t gotten in the Feb All You yet when I was there late last week!

I’m wondering if I should call customer service in the am or bring them back when they get the ads in the store? How does that work if they return them and rering them? Do they have to adjust for the coupons or something?

      • Krista

I’m wondering if it was because it was the bonus bottle because 2 or my 3 had 50 bonus pills. My store only had 150pills with bonus 50 pills. with the exception of the 1 bottle I got wiht out the extra 50. Everything is totally the same with the exception of the extra 50 pills and a different upc code. I will call them in the morning to inquire but now I’m wondering what is the return policy and what do you do if you have already used some of the ups I recieved with that purchase. I don’t want to keep something that is not mine.

        • Dawn

Yeah, post what they tell ya, would you? I bought one of the small bottles of the CoQ10 (not that I know what its FOR, I gave it to my hubby and said here, take these, they’re good for you, LOL) So I got back the two $16 Ups, plus I used the 2 $3 VV coupons and some MF coupons I found online too, and a $5 off 25 one. I figured I would try to submit it for the $5 rebate maybe and see if it goes thru… My reciept says we spent $49…

If I had known that it would work on the smaller bottles of the odorless fish pills I would have bought that instead, they had some of those…

I think I will run to Walmart tomorrow to PU my All You and maybe do another deal at the other RA with the smaller bottles…

My store had TONS of the light bulbs, a full shelf full! I also got some clearance pasta for .50 a bag and sardines for .50 for my husband (who comes just to pay and haul bags to the car!)

It also says I spent $61.01 towards the winter reward, $60.97 for the vitamins and 4 cents for the light bulbs! I did wonder if they adjusted it later for Ups and VV coupons, I’ll have to see what it says tomorrow! I was going to use my $20 I earned, but I thought it might deduct that off (anyone know if it does?)

          • Jen

            What a wonderful husband!!

    • Stacy

For some reason the heart health one printed 3 times for me. The first said $10 on purchase of $30 but the next 2 said $10 on purchase of $50. I know the 3rd one said “2nd $10 on $50”

Also something weird was happening with some of the registers. My mom was shopping with me and she bought lots of the $32 CoQ10. She ended up getting the winter rewards printed 3 times.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I think there is a glitch in the system somewhere… I also bought $60 worth, and didn’t get ANY UP rewards. Plus neither my points nor my Winter Rewards balance printed on the receipt. The associate and the manager were in disbelief since the $16 reward was advertised on the tags on the shelf and in the flyer. The manager called CS while I was standing there and they are going to mail them to me.

  10. Jenn

I had a hard time w/the rewards program (Resolutions) the receipt never added up right and somtimes look like it subtracted-idk-I think I’ll limit my shopping there to $1 or less-it was a waste of time and the manager can’t even figure it out πŸ™

    • Susan

Mine did that, too, yesterday. I was at $92, so I bought about $8 more of stuff, and the new receipt went down to $72! It was so strange. The cashier helped me to keep returning and buying stuff until the computer caught up and the totals corrected themself….and then, somehow, I got 2 $20 rewards at once! It was so annoying, though, to try to get the original one I was due!

  11. Rhonda

OK Sorry I had the wrong date for the sale. Thanks for letting me know. I’ll store my coupons for next week.

    Happy shopping everyone!!

  12. Kim

My store had “Limit 2 light bulbs” signs up, and wouldn’t even let my friend buy any in a separate transaction than mine, just because he came to the store WITH me. They said “Two per household,” assuming he lived with me (doesn’t) and refused to let him buy any. I asked the cashier an unrelated question very politely, and the manager who was standing a few feet away turned around and very rudely chimed in with an incredibly sarcastic comment. Today was the first time I ever shopped at Rite Aid and you can bet it will be the last. Now I know why it always seems like that store is closed because there are no cars in the parking lot! I’m disappointed, really…Seems like there are good Rite Aid deals lately and I was planning to make it a regular stop of mine. OH WELL!

    • coralie

try another store if there are any more in your area. don’t miss out on all the great deals just because one manager doesn’t know how to act. i’m guessing he doesn’t get big bonuses at the end of the year for high sales!

      • Kim

That’s for sure! I wish there was another one in my area, but the next one is just too far. Maybe I’ll try back after this guy gets fired πŸ˜‰

        • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Agreed. If there’s another in your area they will probably be nice. I have 9 or 10 stores within a radius of about half an hour and they are all great except one. That’s the one I avoid!

    • Jessica

I called Rite Aid about a super rude manager. He also said that I couldn’t use more than one +UP reward per transaction. I hung up with 1-800-RITE-AID and got a call back from the district manager within 5 minutes. I was shocked! Things have been much better since then. I have 3 other Rite Aids within a few minutes, but that guy just made me so mad. To me, some things are worth fighting, even if I’m fighting for for other customers or just for the principle of the thing!

  13. nancy

riteaid.com now has it so you can clip coupons!

    • Ali

I havnt looked yet, but are they like the in-ad coupons so you can stack them with others, or just links to coupons.com?

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I think it’s coupon.com link. I didn’t spend too much time on it. It also seemed like it was only 2 pages, so it may not be all of them available. I’ll have to check it out again.

  14. Sarah

I’m a new to all these great coupons and deals and I want to try the L’Oreal Youth Skin Code one but I don’t know what a $5.00 single receipt #10 is and I tried to look on the riteaid web site by searching for that code and checking in the “single receipt” area and couldn’t find an answer. Would someone be so kind as to explain to me how I can get one of those? I have a Wellness card. Thanks!

    • melissa

The Feb rebates don’t start until Wednesday 1/26. I tried looking online as well for more info and the page where the rebate list is blank.

  15. Rose

Before you judge people, there is a coupon out their that is for 1.00 off any GE light bulb. So it is not coupon fraud to use. I keep hearing on sites like this that there is a 6 per person limit. I am new to rite-aid so asked at the store because nothing in the ad said 6 limit (I could not find the limit). They told me there is no limit, that certain stores may limit you??
I did not end up getting any light bulbs because they are the kind that uses a lot of energy. My husband said the amount of money he saves on electricity makes the other light bulbs free and these “free” ones expensive. We get ours at Cosco, they always seem to have really good rebates on the energy efficienct ones.

    • Anon

The limit is 6 because many many people have reported buying more and only received 6 per card. My stores also had signs saying there was a 6 +up limit.

And if a coupon says $1.00 off any light bulb of course you could use it. The coupon in question here said “Save $1.00 on the purchase of any GE Reveal, GE Energy Smart CFL or LED or GE halogen product. The bulbs that are on sale at RA this week are none of those.

  16. Brittany

Just FYI, if you plan on doing the Cetaphil deal, I found a $2 coupon in my January issue of Martha Stuart Living! πŸ™‚

    • thollett

I found a $2 coupon for Cetaphil in my Feb Better Homes & Gardens, too.

  17. M

confused.. isn’t the vv $4 off 20 cq for makeup?

Buy $30 worth of Nature Made CoQ10 and Fish Oil Supplements and Get a $16 +Up Reward
Use the $4/$20 total purchase coupon found here

WHERE IS THE REGULAR $4/20 vv vq? Do you have to watch all the videos to get it???

    • Tiffany

The $4/20 coupon can be used on any non-prescription Rite Aid purchase.

    • fairydust

You have to watch beauty-related videos to get that $4/$20 coupon, but you can then use it on anything (well, except what’s excluded like Rxs and gift cards, etc). It’s not just for buying beauty items (thank goodness!) πŸ™‚

  18. BLT

  19. Mary

Does the Healthy start ups keep a running tab? Like If I spend 35 I will get the first 10, then when I spend 15 more will I get the second 10? Or do I have to spend $20 more in one transaction. Thanks!

  20. Elvira P.

Ladies, I need help. More often than not, when I go to Rite Aid to take advantage of the deals Collin posts, they don’t match up. For example, last week the Old Spice deal. It was not advertised at my local Rite Aid. I love in Southern California, South Riverside County, and visit the Hemet (closest to my home) Rite Aid. Anyone have any clue what’s up. Thanks Ladies.

    • Lolo

      Elvira,
I too live in So. CA (San Diego north) and the sad truth is that we do not always get the same deals as everyone else. If you are in doubt about any sales go to this blog to confirm we are getting the deals too. http://www.southerncalisaver.com Collin is still the best as far as I am concerned, but sometimes I still have to check other places to confirm sales as we get screwed out of a lot of them in S. Cali. We also do not get the good coupons that others do quite often. πŸ™

      • Elvira P

        Lola,
Thank you for your response. I really appreciate it. It’s good to know that I’m not the only one that thinks she is losing her mind. It is true that more often than not, the deals don’t match up. Thank you for the link. I will look it up. Elvira

  21. Noelle

Does anyone have a link for a coupon for $5 off 25 or more?

  22. Racquel

    Hi Mouni,
Are we allowed to share codes? Because I am 15 points away from the $7 coupon and I was just wondering if we could??? Thanks for any response or help.

  23. sue

hello just a question . I shop rite aid faithfully, but am a little confused, here goes on deals above, it says you can use the jan and feb vv value coupon for the fish oil but when i see the alli or the loreal deal it only says jan or jan or feb vv. I quess what i want to know is can you actually use a jan and feb vv coupon for all of these items in a single transaction or just one or the other.

    • Laurie M.

You can use a January and a February VV coupon if you are buying 2 separate items. For example, if you are buying 2 of the NatureMade Fish Oil, then you can use a Jan VV Q for one and a Feb VV Q for the other.

  24. Carissa

Hi there! Would anyone who earned the last $20 UP from the New Year’s Resolution promo tell me what the expiration is on it, or how long they are giving you to use it??? Thanks!

    • rebekah

      2/21/11 is what mine says

  25. Subhangi Shah

I just purchased the Old Spice deal with the B1G1 and the total comes out to be $5. I didnt get it to come down to the deodorants being a $1. Did I miss something?

  26. susan

I have problem printing coupons from coupon.com, does anyone else have same problem ?…thank you

    • Tracie

Me too. and i never have them! i sent an email asking for help so we will see.

  27. lilroysmom2

i dont know if anyone was concerned about not getting more then .2 credit for the buy and save promotion when buying the light bulbs this week but i just went this morning and and bought 4 packs and got the 7.96 credited so maybe they fixed the problem… good luck to others πŸ™‚
