I don’t ever get the good coupons in my inserts. I didn’t get the snuggle coupon last week or the maalox from the previous week. They maalox will be a great money maker this week. Maria, I totally have the same problem! I wasn’t able to get in on the deals because my values on my coupons weren’t the same or I didn’t get them at all. I luckily found this one site, (got it from a different blog) and have so far had good luck with it! wholecouponinserts.com, shipping cost can be a bit too much if you buy more then 4 inserts, so if you plan to buy more than that make sure you get enough to make the 5.25 shipping worth it! Hope that helps!

just to let you all know that I did the vitamin water at target….geesh such a nightmare with the beast of a cashier…she was the only one on …the one to avoid…coupon hater….anyhoooo….all the vitamin water bogof coupons beeped but i insisted and the manager came over…sucked her teeth and “allowed” the coupons…geesh …but i knew i was right and stood my ground and ended up getting 12 bottles of vitamin water for $2.00 with the help of the target hang tags…that beeped too! Sooooo what a deal… today is the last day…so if you can handle the hoops it is soooo worth it…sip sip…i love my water!!!! Thank you collin again for ALL THAT YOU DO!!!!
We have some cashiers in Target like that here too!!! But there is ths one lady, she is so awesome! So when I go to Target I look for her LOL
Speaking of Target, I have had crazy issues with them the last few times and have had to teach them about how to use coupons. CSM’s good, cashiers bad. However, I had a few (6) of the $2/2 Palmolive Ultra Q’s that said off 20oz or larger. I am the one who does the couponing and my wife saw that coupon in our folder and said that she had seen some 10 oz bottles of Palmolive Ultra in the dollar section and why couldn’t we just buy two of them and use the coupon. I said hmm, not sure. So, we got the store manager at our Target who happened to be the CSM that day too and showed him the coupon and the bottles of Palmolive and said can we buy 2 bottles of the product and use this coupon. He thought and said why not. It says $2/2 bottles of 20 oz or larger. He said the two bottles cost $2 and they equal 20oz so why not. With his approval and acceptance to use the coupon we bought 12 bottles. I thought that was a great deal…FREE!! Just wanted to share it.

Walgreens is so not my favorite store right now. The store in my area is not accepting internet coupons at this time. Even after i took it to corporate, the manager called me and said that she was having a lot of issues at the store with copies of internet coupons. So until further notice i can’t use internet coupons. Bummer!!!
I have one store I have trouble at too. The manager had to come over and approve them. I felt so dumb. They also forgot to take down a sale sign from the week before and did not honor the price for the woman in front of me. It bugs me when I need to go to this store.

I just opened Noxzema disposable razors Triple blade that a bought a while back and inside I found a coupon for $2 off a Noxzema spa shave 4 blade. Unfortunatelly I don’t have two of those otherwise I might be able to get 2 packages for free with this week’s Noxzema BOGO sale.

That explains why I received a $1.50 RR! I went in on Monday to buy a few of the Extra gum at 2/$1 and the Arizona Tea at 2/$1. There were sale tags on the Chex mix, $.99ea, so I picked up three bags. The price didn’t come up right at the register and I told the cashier about the sale. She said “No, that sale ended”. I showed her the sale tags… someone had forgotten to take them down, the sale ended on 1/1! The manager honored the price and pushed the price thru.
Then out popped a RR. Now I know why! 🙂
The tags are actually still correct, it’s in the ad for this week. The .99 price is after the store coupon (the January coupon book found in the store), it takes off .99/3, making them .99 each. They won’t automatically ring up at that price, you have to scan the store coupon to get them at that price.
fyi I picked up the Joy of Football $70 in coupons book from Safeway, it has $1/1 ChexMix coupon 4.5 oz. or larger. Makes this a money maker!Wish I would have grabbed more than 3 booklets!
I also have Safeway here and picked up the coupon booklet. I grabbed 3 and then a family member gave me 3 they picked up. With the $1 off coupon and the Wags coupon it should make it a money maker!

I’m with you, I couldn’t prove the RR was supposed to print so they wouldn’t give it to me, even though they admitted their printers hadn’t been working. No RR on the Maalox either, and the “lovely and informed” manager said it was because I used coupons. I so despise Wags. . . I thought I would give them another try since a brand new and beautiful store opened up. . . looks like I am done with them again. I am still going to call the Catalina number tomorrow and see what they say.
also might want to look for the 33% more bonus pack Chex Mix – I found them in my Walgreens on an endstand in a shipper. Makes the deal even sweeter ( like getting 4 bags for every 3 you buy)!!!

The Noxzema disposable razors packages usually have a coupon inside for 1-2 off of Noxzema Spa Shave 4-blades shavers. The two I have both expire 12/31/11. One is for $2.00/1 and the other is $1.00/1
NYC does not get enough coupon inserts! And even though my Walgreen’s just doubled in size, they often do not carry the stuff for these great deals.
What a complainer I am!

I guess I will be burning this week. U can still do the nieva shave cream 3.99 find a 1 q on nieva site and a 3rr=free. For those of u doing the maalox calculate your cost 20 maalox qs on ebay are about 10 bucks and then u have to drive around town finding enough and then have 20 bottles of maalox. I got burned bad with the sinex. I still have 9 coupons and no stores in my state have them. U can’t call and check either no one knows what I am talking about. I spent 1 1/2 hours one night driving around and used up 8 coupons. So be careful other couponers r thinking the same thing. Maybe try to get just 6 and do the deal once.

With regards to the chex mix deal..if you live near a Vons or Safeway they have a football oriented coupon book (at the front of the store by the produce in my local one) and inside of it is a $1.00/1 bag of Chex Mix 4.5 oz or larger. I am so happy I know that deal now..will mean free chex mix 🙂

Why didn’t you get a raincheck???? I got a raincheck and haven’t even been back to check to see if they are in. Now that I have a raincheck I am in no hurry. My Wags will even take an expired q w/ a raincheck as long as it was valid when the raincheck was written. Hth

Nope – the RR from the week of the sale will not carry over when you cash in your raincheck. The only exception would be if it were a month long RR deal, and you were able to redeem your raincheck within the same month.
That’s a total bummer! But good to know, I had been assuming that Wags would do that, because CVS does. CVS’s rainchecks even have an Extra Care Bucks section on the bottom of the raincheck where the cashier fills in the ECB deal that was active at the time so they can honor it when you go back later (and no expiration date!).
I got a raincheck but neither of my Wags have them back in stock yet. I saw they are b1g1 at Meijer this week, so i’m going to go check out the price there.

Spotted some Nivea touch of honeydew body wash on clearance end cap at wags today for $1.59, pairs very well with $1/1 Nivea women’s body wash coupon. Feel this may be regional, however!
Some areas have different scents on clearance, like the Honeydew is still reg price at my store while the pink one (water lily) is on clearance.
One of those (Water Lilly, I think) is on clearance for $3.99 here at my store in Ohio (50% off, I think), they’re is an empty spot on the shelf next to it, too, so I guess the other one is already gone.
Does anybody know if you go Saturday night to do Wags deals, will the RR still print? I know the sales price will ring up but I have never tried it on a RR deal.

The Stayfree deal is good but I have closet full of pads and tampons and I might have paid 2.00 total for all of it. The deals come in cycles, sometimes you have to hold the high value coupons almost to expiration. If you actually need them, it’s a good price IMO.

I am new to getting and using rainchecks at walgreens. So, here is my question. I got the finish dishwashing raincheck from a couple of weeks ago and have the $2.25 coupon to go with it. The raincheck says the price is $1.99 so will they adjust the coupon down or can I use the overage to go toward something else in my transaction? Thanks so much for the help.

The “thingy” is a small ad to let you know of upcoming promotions. You don’t need it except as a reminder. Thanks for posting about the deal. You never know who will need tissue AND when coupons may come out to make it an even better deal.

The Walgreens Humidifier is the best I have every bought. We have two of them, and the opening is so large I can stick my hand in to clean the tank, and the rest is accessible for cleaning as well. I would highly recommend it – and the $10 rebate makes it even better!

The Hershey’s BOGO coupon deal listed for Rite Aid making them $.25 is better at Walgreens this week. Get a Hershey’s Bar and a Hershey’s Special Dark. Use the Bogo coupon and then hand over the Hershey’s Candy in Ad coupon making them $.49 a piece. I got 5 & 5 making the total for 10 bars $1.40 or $.14 a piece!!
I am sorry, just looking at my receipt. They are $.89 a piece or $1.59 for 2. So for 10 bars I my total was $7.95. They took off $4.45 for the 5 BOGO (5 * .89) and then the in Ad coupon took off another $3.05 for a grand total of $.45 for 10 bars or $.045 A PIECE!!!!

I have 2 (maybe only 1… I will have to look) $1/1 MQ that I can send to someone in the mail if interested (it is for the 4 pack and doesn’t expire until 12/31/11) the $2/1 one is already taken.
I tried their razors last time walgreens had this deal and honestly they just didn’t feel good on my skin or work how I imagined them (I have been using my husband’s razors for years). Anyway, the first person to e-mail me their address I will send it to first thing tomorrow morning! I hope it would get there in time but again if not it doesn’t expire for a long time.

After talking with them (useless customer service by the way, she couldn’t even FIND the chex mix rr listed…) on the phone, it looks like it’s the same as the nature valley rr. Wish I would have known….so if that’s what you used to pay….like me….that’s why it didn’t print. I’m usually more cautious…but still a pretty good deal, especially with the Bonus of 33% more.
