i am having trouble getting through the steps. a certificate error comes up and I can’t get past step 3. argh, doesn’t look like it’s a common problem but it was at 3pm yesterday and now 5am for me… hmmmmm.

No shipping is not working for me…. Doing an online chat w/ a customer rep but she’s not able to remove the shipping charge. I am so bummed…
Spoke to a customer service rep and they said the items are no longer offered with FREE SHIPPING. I had trouble yesterday and talked to a rep and she took off the shipping cost for me and I got $379.00 worth of items for $101.00. She said they were working to fix it. I started thinking since I do residential painting that I should purchase more and got back on last night and purchased another $339.00 worth of additional stuff for $91.00. What a deal! I got online just now and was going to purchase more and the items now say that they do not qualify for free shipping. What a bummer. I called and the rep acted dumb and said she was not aware of free shipping with the BEHR75 coupon offer. That stinks. I just hope they send me the stuff I ordered and don’t try to add shipping costs! That would really not be good!
We have painted every single room in our house using one type of behr paint or another, and I think it’s amazing. I just purchased my last (better be!) roller 3 pk and gallon of paint, thanks for the savings! This is the nicest paint I have ever used, and we tried the four major brands. We had to cover light paint with dark, dark walls with light colors, and the behr took care of everything with just two coats! Can’t say enough good things about it!

I also had some crazy issues trying to get free shipping. After 15 minutes on the phone with customer service, she didn’t do a thing-complete waste of time!
Hadn’t received my order or even an email about it. Contacted customer support and they stated that 30K orders came in that day so they were way backlogged, trying to process 5K orders a day. Finally got a tracking number and hoping it comes!
