Oops! We made a mistake.
For a period of time, the description on our website said that we were selling a “set of 18” votive candles for $1.99, when, in fact, it should have said “one” votive candle for $1.99. When word got out, orders took off and far exceeded the quantities that were available for sale. Clearly, this is our mistake and we are going to fulfill your order. The only problem is that we need a little time. We are working closely with Yankee Candle to get these candles made and sent to us. As soon as we know how long that will take, we will send you an update. If, however, you would prefer to cancel your order, please email us at customer.service@bedbath.com.

OK, so I just heard word that Bed, Bath & Beyond had a misprint in their sales ad and accidentally stated that the Yankee Candle 18 count votives are on sale for $1.99 instead of $19.99 – Big difference, I know! youre right. I didnt realize they were showing as each, and not for the 18ct. I wonder what the BB smells like. Has anyone on here smelled it before?
I have a few of them already and they smell really good if you are into the beachy type smells!!! 🙂 I don’t think it’s over powering it’s wonderful!

I noticed that when I ordered….I ordered *several* sets. Shipping remained $5.99. I hope they don’t cancel!!!
I ordered three sets and the shipping was still 5.99. With tax that equals less than 25 cents per candle. I burn votives EVERY night so this is a great deal for me!

I ordered 10 sets and I still only paid $5.99 shipping. Total was $27.44 which included tax. If they don’t cancel. That is 180 candles…. roughly 15 cents per candle… shipped 🙂
Anybody have any creative ideas for all these candles?
they are perfect to make little gift baskets with. A nice little basket, a shower poofy thing, some body wash, lotion and a few candles…BAM…spa gift basket =)
Someone asked for ideas on what to do with all these candles. – what about using as raffle gifts? If you’re involved with the schools, political groups, or other non-profits ~ they are always looking for raffle items. That’s probably what I’ll do with a set or 2!

I too wasn’t sure if I needed candles, but my mom taught me that if you seal them in air tight bags they will keep their scent for years! So if you think you’re going to buy candles in the next few years they’re a great investment. Also good for gifts/goodie bags. I got them for $7.98 shipped. Gotta love no sales tax here in Montana!

I love how people wouldn’t admit how many they ordered, they just put they bought “several”, I would be really surprised if these don’t get cancelled….the large orders are usually a huge flag.
I just ordered two sets because this color matches my bedroom decor. I figure I’ll find some use for them or they will serve as great gifts for my daughter’s teachers and my co-workers! Not bad for $10 and I went though ebates, so I’ll get a few pennies back!

Wow, hope we get these, I ordered 2 sets. If you click the link just to the right on the page where it says Member of Collection it shows all the different sizes, etc for the Bahama Breeze candles and it shows the same set of 18 votives as being priced @ $24.99! Fingers and toes crossed, hope I don’t get a cramp!
