Has anyone else had problems using the “trusted surveys?” I was able to use it once and then for 2 weeks straight it wont let me. It always says “We have experienced an error and your Survey dashboard may be temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.” I’ve filled out 2 customer support tickets, they said they were looking into it. I just wonder if anyone else has had this problem? If you have had it, were you able to fix it; and how?
Cally, I went through so much with the same problem, since day one of the launch of unTrusted Surveys. I was able to get in the first day, but not since then, only maybe a few times. They tell me nothing is wrong on my end, and that it’s only me. The few surveys that I did do, it took me months to get credit for them. I have NEVER gotten paid for a survey as soon as I did it, they told me it takes a month to credit…not true. I have read on their fb wall where people have done surveys and they got paid right away. I don’t do them now because it is a hassle to get paid for them.
Here is a way that I AM able to get into trusted surveys. You know the emails they send you for surveys? Try clicking the link in the survey, that works for me. I was also not able to get the daily for months, but they finally fixed that. If this works for you, just keep the most recent email so you can get into T.S. when you want. Good luck 😀

Ok, I just signed up and I am really new to this stuff! It asks me to download a toolbar. Is that necessary? What exactly does it allow me to do with this site?
Sometimes there are codes in/on the toolbar. I use the toolbar to search, but you don’t have to, you can use the search bar on the home page. I also suggest you install the widget…this is good to check throughout the day to see if there’s a code. You also might want to put their fb page in your favorites. When you see a lot of “thank you, TSG”, that will be a clue that there is a code out, plus you can always get hints on the wall. It is against SBs rules to post an active code, so make sure you don’t do that, in an effort to help someone else.
Does it take a very long time to get Amazon e-cards? I have been waiting for several for about 2 months now…
it takes about 2 weeks or so…they should be in your account…on the swagbuck homepage click on view account…then on the left side of the screen they should be a ‘my gift card’ tab and when you open that your cards should be there…then you take the codes and add them to your amazon account

yes you may, i have used 3 or 4 codes when buying diapers with the deals to get them almost free. hth
Once you add all your codes to your Amazon account, Amazon views it as one lump sum and they will just deduct your total purchase from your Amazon account, unless you don’t want them to…then there’s something you click to pay another way.

Dawn, there’s nothing saying you have to search for codes, but they sure add up, in the long run. Some of the codes are ridiculous, in my opinion, like the ones you have to hunt for and they only pay, say 5 SBs. But then there are others, like the one that is active now, where you just have to c/p the code into the “gimme” box, and you have another 10 bucks. There are other ways to earn bucks, besides searching and getting codes. I pick and choose how I want to earn my SBs. HTH!

I am a member, but do not understand getting codes off of the blog. I just checked it on my iphone, but I see no codes. How do I get them? Where exactly are they posted on the blog. The site is blocked at work, so I only have my iphone browser…

Check your widget for a clue to the new code!
How do I install the widget? I tried copying it to my blog, but I’m not very blog savvy and couldn’t get it in!
Go to left side of home page, you will see quick links, scroll down and you will see widget.
The widget is installed on my fb profile page, but then it gets too bogged down with posts. What I did was, I clicked the symbol below, and the widget comes up on another page, then I put that page in my favorites. This way, I just have to click in my favorites, and there is my widget.
I don’t know how to get it to your blog, but if you check way back in “discussions” on fb wall, you will be able to find out how to do it.

Al, when you signed up, did you sign up using Collin’s code? That’s the only way you would get the bonus. You can’t sign up under someone else’s referral, and then use Collin’s code.
