Walgreens: FREE PediaCare (Starting Next Week, 3/6)

Hip2Save may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you via trusted partners and affiliate links in this post. Prices and availability are accurate as of time posted. Read our full disclosure policy here.

Here’s a head up on a Walgreens deal that starts, 3/6:

*Buy 2 packages of Children’s PediaCare Infants Fever Reducer .5 oz $5.99 each
Total = $11.98
Use the $3/2 Pediacare coupon available here (use zip code 64123)
Use the $5/1 Pediacare in ad Walgreens coupon (found on page 13 of the 3/6 weekly ad – will deduct $10)
Final cost – 2 for FREE!

Remember, this deal doesn’t start until 3/6… but I wanted to post this early so that you can print the $3/2 Coupons.com coupon. It may not be available for long, so print it now and save it for next week.

(Thanks for the heads up on this awesome deal, Terri!)

Thank you for the heads up! I’m going to print now:-)

  3. becky

Thanks! We like their decongestant here. According to DDs it tastes pretty good, and it works! Love getting it for free!

Woo hoo! I feel like I’ve kept the fever/pain reliver people in business this winter. My kids and I can’t seem to stay well, so this is going to help a ton! Thanks!

  5. lucy

Off the subject. Does anyone need two $ 5.00 checks for Similac SimplePac? I have two and will be happy to mail them to someone who could really use them.

  6. Amy

does anyone know if you can still get a $1.00 UP at Rite Aid today for the combos and Lays?

    • Linda

I read somewhere that today, the 1st, is the last day. Don’t know if that’s true.

      • Amy

yeah I read that too but I wanted to make sure before I went to buy them…thanks

    • Christa K.

The yellow “get 1+up when you purchase this product” tags in Rite Aid have read 1/26-3/1 as the monthly promotion date. So the +ups should still be printing today, last day though!

      • Amy

        thanks!

  7. Brandy

I haven’t ever couponed at Walgreens before and have a quick question…do I need a filler item since the coupon value is worth more than the total purchase price? Thanks for the help!

    • Crystal

Yes, you would need a filler item 🙂

      • Brandy

Thanks Crystal! This deal is good enough for me to try shopping there for the first time! I haven’t ever gone because I have often seen so many bad experiences posted, but this deal makes it worth a shot!

Is that $5 off 1 pediacare a MFR coupon?
I was at Walgreens today to buy the Welch’s 100% Grape Juice at $3 a piece. there was a $1 off 2 coupon in the Walgreens booklet, and I also had a MFR coupon for $1 off one Welch’s 64 oz Grape Juice (from paper), but they only let me use one.
I had a filler candy, but they only let me use one.
    Is that correct?

    • jessica

they should have let you use both, as one is a walgreens coupon. You can stack the manufacturer coupon with a walgreens coupon or coupons, as it states in their coupon policy. Call corporate and complain. Make sure you tell them the store location so they can retrain them on the coupon policy.

Perfect timing I am almost out!!

  10. judy

I’m sorry, I don’t the source of where I got these coupons, probably SS or RP, but they ran a bunch of coupons for Vick’s products a couple of weeks ago. There was a $1 coupon off any Vick’s product and then a Buy one Vick’s product and get one box of Puff’s tissues free…they ran this same deal last year. The Vick’s cough drops are .99 up by the cash registers. Good deal.

  11. Joa

I’m having a hard time finding the Q. is there a specific zip that is working for others?

    • Mrs.Hall

Collin posted a zip, but I used 90210 and it was there 🙂

  12. Mrs.Hall

I just might get up bright and early and drive the 30 minutes to Walgreens to give them locals a run for their money! lol I NEVER get any of the deals if I’m even 1 hour after they open 🙁

    • Heather

make sure to get rain checks. Then you can stop in after the week is over and they stock up again, whenever you’re in the area!

      • Joan

If you get a rain check will Wags honor their expired in ad coupon?

  13. Bee

If you can’t make it to Wag’s, Kroger often has these B1G1-makes it about $2.99 each and they have e-coupon on their site as well. Have been loading up on free Triaminic, Advil for kids, etc for free all winter this way. Also, when you buy one brand, often a high dollar coupon will print for the competition’s brand.

  14. jmartcougar

can I pair IVC coupons from the march book with manufacture coupons?

  15. Cris

Does anyone know… will the in ad coupon cover just the infant formula, or other pediacare? Or will there be other Pediacare products on sale? Thanks!!

    • mel

per the ad scan, it says:
Pedicare Fever Reducer, Cold or Allergy Relief 4oz
Infant Drops .5 or 1 oz.

The infant drops are priced $5.99 (and up, depending on location), the kids pedicare items are in the $9-$10 range.

  16. mel

just FYI, prices may vary depending on location. walgreens.com lists this as 5.99, but when I was in the store today, this item was $6.99, so not a MM, but still a good deal if this is something you need.

  17. Mrs.Idris

Hello, I have two 20% off diapers coupons for amazon that expire on 3/31 that I don’t need so if anyone is interested please leave your email address and i’ll email you the codes:)

    • Lisa

      Thank you.

    • Jennifer

I will take those amazon codes off your hands!

  18. Carolyn

Thanks! I have a few baby showers coming up 🙂

  19. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

How is this going to work? If the in-store coupon will take $10 off, and you have the $3 printable, that will equal $13 bucks. The 2 boxes will cost $11.98 resulting in $1.02 overage. Will this fly????? Or do you just buy something that cost $1.02 to cover the overage? Thank you!

    • mel

You will need to buy something else to absorb the overage b/c they can’t give you the money back.

  20. hatecvs

give them the manufactures coupon first and make sure you have something to absorb the overage and it will work

  21. Jillian

Can you get more than two if you have enough MFR coupons?

  22. Cristyn

Yeah, these were 7.99 at my store, not free for me. Cheap if you need them, I passed since I was going to give them away.

  23. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

My local store didnt carry the infant drops, however the next town over that I was going through anyway, I stopped and I gave them the in ad coupon first, to avoid problems I told them the coupons need to be adjusted to 1.98..

out the door i paid .24 oop for 4 boxes. Thank you so much!!!! I have a 5 month grandson and another one due in October.
