I printed this before and its not letting me print again.
I give up! No matter which browser I use I cannot get any SmartSource coupons to print ever. I have tried everything…. Glad it reset for those of you who get SmartSource to work. BOO FOR ME…. Have I mentioned I love Bricks???….
The only thing it will print for me is the pic of the product not the actual coupon. Our old computer printed smartsource fine.

I got the same message and wasn’t able to print the coupon. i was using firefox brower. I change my brower to internet explorer and the coupon printed,
I was using firefox too so I tried in IE. Still nothing 🙁 Not sure why I am having trouble now printing SS.
I got one printed on firefox and then switched to safari.. that seemed to work for me.. tricky tricky!
Okay, I got them to print….in Firefox, went to tools and add-ons. DISABLED the latest Java version, restarted Firefox, got back to where I was. Then back to tools and add-ons, ENABLED that Java version I had disabled, restarted Firefox again, hopped back to the coupon and they both printed….a little patience on my part and thinking it through, but I got it to work!!
Crap! I just tried what you did and still nothing. I guess it’s not meant to be 🙁
That stinks Robin! I got my 2 before I headed out the door to pick up my boys, and the LOCAL store here (a little hometown store) was offering the 50 oz. bottles for $1.99….I got HE bottles for $.75….thank goodness mine printed. This size bottle does 32 loads, so if I’m calculating right, I can do a load for $.02….I hate it when things don’t print or I miss them. FYI, I shut my whole system down the first time and waited 30 seconds, then restarted, and I was able to print only 1….then when I did the whole java thing, it’s been working fine since. I hope this works for you later!!
Same here….I’ve NEVER had problems printing with Smart Source before, but now I’m getting the same error as everyone else. I run Firefox and I’ve had no problems up until today. Weird, and extremely frustrating!
Daughter got home so we tried on her computer and were able to print 2 Q’s. I just don’t understand why mine wouldn’t print them. Least I now can get my detergent! 🙂
same thing happened to me. Used to be able to print off smartsource then all of a sudden i couldnt’ but couldnt load the update for the coupon printer either. Not sure why it would not work for me. I printed off a different smarsource site, smartsource2 or something like that, loaded that coupon printer , printed, then ever since was able to print off the reg. smartsource site again…….. ???? who knows! computers are so tempermental! 🙂

Yes they do, I can’t say that those places carry it but I’ve found it at Safeway.
Yes I got some HE at Rite Aid this week, the only variety is the free dye/perfume type that I’ve found there though.

Yes they make a HE, I got mine with the previous coupons, I could only find it for sensitive skin though.
If you live in the PA area the 50 oz size is on sale this week B1G1 free at $4.79 a bottle at Weis supermarkets. You can only use one coupon for the item you are paying for. You cannot use a coupon on the free item per their coupon policy. That would make each bottle $1.77 each.
My Weis let me use 1 q for each one! Only $1.14 each!

The coupon printed for me! I was able to print two. I was holding out on the Walgreens deal this week because I only had a $1 off 2 manufacturer coupons which would have made it $2.49 a bottle. I like $1.74 much better!
It printed for me, but I’m pretty sure I didn’t print it before.
I was able to print it back when Colin 1st posted it and again last night. Maybe it has to be a week between prints. I was also able to print it this morning when I got to work, but only once.

I got some bad viruses off of the coupons.com site. Hence, I will not be printing anymore coupons from that site or any other. Too bad. I used the coupons I printed, too.
FYI- I live in Jackson, Michigan and my CVS told me that they will no longer be accepting Smart Source coupons. The clerk told me that there was a letter sent from corporate saying so. The reason given was that SS let’s too many coupons print and then the retailers end up not being able to collect.
That is odd since the amount of coupons is controlled and smartsource is not a big source for online coupons. I had no problems on Sunday, but that was a few days ago so something must have changed. CVS is going to lose business on that. I wouldn’t shop there if i could not use the coupons since everything is more money there.

If you have a Mac it will only print using Safari. And the coupon must not be reset, just available again, because I printed before and wasn’t allowed any more this time.
SmartSource coupons will never print for me either. It will either print just the picture or just the “Save $1.25”. Very frustrating because I can’t figure out how to fix it! Any suggestions?

I DID have an issue with smartsource today though it kept saying I didn’t have java installed, that’s never happened before, but I just printed one with FF and one with IE, and it worked.
java was an issue for me too. i downloaded the java update & @ 1st it still didn’t work. i use firefox & my java was enabled, but i clicked advanced and checked all the boxes (only 3 were checked). tried again & it worked. i pressed f5 to get a 2nd to print. hth 🙂
I have printed 10 coupons of 5 computers. For some reason is slow give them time you are able to print 2 coupons. I got a good deal @ Walgreens $20 for 10 bottles. Walgrens limit 4 per purchase. 🙂
I am wondering if this coupon could be used on the Xtra laundry soap as well as Arm and Hammer brands since both are made by the same company and the coupon states ANY Arm and Hammer Laundry soap. It’s worth a try and should make for cheap laundry soap if it works.
