  In order to get the sample, you just fill out the survey and hit the submit button. You’ll then get a message confirming that you will get the sample. HTH.

  did you get a small pop up box? I got one too, but thats not it, you need to X that out. The free sample you will need to fill out your info. towards the bottom of the form it does ask a few questions.

  It took me a while to find, but I just scrolled down their wall until I found the post from them. The post from them has links that you can click on.
