I would delete the info and then retype it again. if you capitalize the first letters of your information, uncapitalize them. if you didn’t capitalize the first letters, capitalize them. hope it makes sense, but I was able to submit my info like that. hope you get it!

I just got it! I think that if you use the same email address that you did for the Eye booster than it will give you the $5.00 coupon. If you use a new email address then you’ll get the sample. So they’re not out yet.

Finally went through, keep trying!!!
had like 4 windows open trying for it. I refreshed…I did the “try again” I reloaded etc etc etc. finally got one window to say ” sorry all out heres your coupon” so I printed (Note I sized the coupon I thought but it still printed out large both times) I printed it twice trying to get a smaller coupon.
Then I opened the other window that I managed to get to the address confirmation and hit submit a few times and left to check facebook…came back and though that the samples were totally out and my confirmation page would just go to “sorry all out” again.. but it said HORRAY! Its on its way! Wow I got lucky. Note I don’t remember if I used the same address as before for the other sample. Something happened and I tried 2 emails and only one went through. I found that hitting the submit button more then once..aggressive like…kinda helped speed mine up.
It took awhile, but it just went through. Don’t give up!

Is it just me, or does the website look fake? The “official” Physicians Formula website appears to be http://www.physiciansformula.com. If this is affiliated with Physicians Formula, why is this a weird web address? I am not familiar with this brand so maybe this is just an authorized dealer. It just does not look right to me and the fact that it is running so slow could be an indicator that it is not a safe website.
It’s you lol…. jk, BUT mypfbeauty.com is like a members only section/club type set up community where you can interact with the brand and other users through contests, expert make up advice and more! HTH 🙂
