I called their customer service number when the coupon code MARCH10 wouldn’t work. He said that it is an internal problem on their end. He instructed me to place the order and then email my order number to their service department (service@modnique.com) and tell them you couldn’t use the code. He said my credit card would be charged with the $10 and then a few days my credit card would get a $10 credit.
They added and are adding more cheap stuff!!!!

Check your credit cards! I just happened to check mine, and I was charged $12,95 instead of $2.95. I emailed them right way to see what happened and said that I wanted to canel the order,and they said “Unfortunately we have encountered a technical problem today with the March10 coupon, it was not applicable to all of the orders. ” I obviously cancelled my order and I certainly hope my money is returned ASAP. Kind of frustrating 🙁
My order was cancelled by Modnique:( The email said referral abuse was the reason….I had credit and hope they give it back, it was almost $30 in referrals!
Fraud alert. They did not apply the $10 credit and charged by credit card for the full price.
Modnique is giving me a runaround about the $10 credit claiming they have to get approval from the Department which leads me to believe this is a scam. They also have yet to ship the item after almost two weeks. I advise anyone to avoid this company.
