had a bad experience last time with cookie they never sent me gc for TRU after 8 weeks they said their system has a hard time with aol email addresses..that why I dint receive it They made good it it but alot of run around ..ohh and they just gave me a code in the email no physical card.

I had a bad experience as well. First, the e-mail was found in my junk mail. Luckily it happened to be one of the rare times I decided to check what’s in there. Then, I e-mailed them probably about 5 times to send them my address to mail me a physical card like the instructions said. Then, I ended up having to call them twice and the second time the lady said it would be fast delivery since there has been so many issues and it ended up taking longer to get than she said regular mail took. Finally got it 1.5 months later.

I’m glad I missed this one. Last time turned out okay but only after several issues. I would have probably went for it again had I not missed it so the timing was perfect. LOL
I didn’t have ANY trouble with the last TRU Cookie.com deal. It was a e-coupon, but if I emailed them, I could get a actual gift card mailed to me. I did that, and 2 wks later got it in the mail! Great deal it was $10 for a $25 TRU gift card! Bummed I missed this one!!
I was just thinking about this yesterday, I had asked for a card to be mailed to me and have not received it. I need to get on the ball here, I’m glad to hear other people did, then hopefully my case was a fluke.

I went to my email and checked and saw I sent them with the info they had requested and I didn’t receive it, but I remembered someone on here had said they had used the code to buy an ecertificate, so I went to see if the code they had sent was still working and it was, so I just purchased an ecertificate in my name, it says it can be used in store and online, I like the physical GC’s better to have them in my wallet, but if this works out its worth it to me (to not have to start emailing back and forth/calling them again). When the whole thing went on I actually called to cancel my order, and they said they did cancel, but I saw the charge go through and it was never refunded. Then I emailed asking for a card instead of the online code, but I waited, it never arrived and I kind of forgot about it until yesterday. I just saw this post, and was glad to see it seems like it worked out in the end for most people. Lol, I realized I need to get more organized with all these GC deals and online group deals so I am finally getting them all straight and organized, and finding all sorts of deals and credits I had forgotten I had!
