Pinecone Research: Accepting New Applicants Again – Get Paid $3 Per Survey!

Pinecone Research is once again accepting new applicants and this time they’re not looking for just one certain demographic, so many of you may have a chance to become members. To get started, go here and answer a questionnaire to see if you meet any of the current recruitment needs. If so, you will be redirected to the sign up form page! Hopefully lots of you will get accepted!

I personally believe that Pinecone Research is one of the BEST survey companies out there! You’ll get paid $3 for every survey you complete! That’s a lot higher than most companies and you’ll also have the option of getting paid via Paypal or a check.

Check out what Hip2Save readers have said about Pinecone Research…

I am a Pinecone Member and love it! Sometimes you get to test out manufacturers new products. They sent me a box full of tampons from Playtex and some Eurcerian lotion. FULL SIZE products!

I am a huge fan of Pinecone!! I have gotten to try about 5 different products and give feedback. I used to have the compensation come in check form, but recently switched to PayPal and I LOVE IT!!! I have done surveys through other sites and it just never seems to be as consistent–either the opportunities or the compensation.

I have been doing Pinecone for about 6 months; I LOVE it. The surveys are short and simple, we have tried a handful of new products and the checks always come in a very timely manner, I get 2-3 checks a month. Not too shabby 🙂

LOVE them! I started about a month ago and have already got paid over 20 bucks. They are fast, easy, and interesting. I definitely recommend signing up if you can.

hum…I seem to find that white female between the ages of 35-44 isn’t something most research companies are looking for! 🙂

    • Tonya W

      Female, white, 41….didn’t qualify, either!

      • Michelle Clayton

exact same here… maybe next time.

    • Susan

Female white 25-34 is a no go, too

      • Paige

I’m in that category too & got a no!

    • R5

Asian-American 25-34 wasn’t what they were looking for either. 🙁

    • Christa K.

Keep trying when these offers open up though! I applied twice in the past before getting accepted the 3rd time I tried just a few months back. I’ve received 6 surveys (=$18) in the past 2 months and just today I got my first full sized product in the mail for a test panel! So it’s worth continuing to try & apply again in the future. 🙂

    • Erika

me too! Am I too old, too white, or too… unmasculine?

      • Jodi

I guess I am in the same category as you! Thanks for the chuckle this evening!

I love Pinecone surveys. These actually pay you money, and quickly. I am dropping most of the other surveys . E-rewards takes way too many points to ever get anything. I have done many Opinion Rewards and still have 0 points. Check the rewards “prize” list before you sign up for surveys. You may find that some are not worth your time. I highly recommend Pinecone.

    • Charlotte

Me too! I used to do Opnion Outpost as well, but I kept jumping through so many hoops, just to be told that I don’t qualify, that I exclusively do Pinecone now. I use the money I earn to buy coupons from coupon clipping services! 😉

    • shannon f.

I loved Pinecone too! its fantastic.. till this month. I hadnt been recieving surveys for a while & emailed Karen Scott, and was told that my account had been dropped because they need to refresh their survey panels once in a while. No email letting me know this ahead of time or anything. Im so bummed.

  3. robin

Well, looks like I don’t qualify 🙁 I’m white, female and almost 37. Oh well.

  4. Jean

    Didn’t qualify…

  5. Kristen

I tried both as myself and Doug. We didn’t make it, because we’re white, male or female, and 28 and 30. Hmph! 😉

  6. Rebecca

Looks like they are taking 18-24 year olds at this time…. *Oh to be young again. : D

    • Anne

      Yep–looks like that’s the only age group….

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

        Yep! I didn’t qualify…

        • Sara

          Hispanic female, 34 didn’t work.

  7. happy1038

    I’m a 38 year old white female and didn’t qualify either 🙁

  8. Allie

Nope – white 36 females are a no!

  9. margaret

White female over 55 doesn’t qualify either.

  10. photography4thecreator

I qualified, I am white, 18-24 and female 🙂 YEAH!!!!!

  11. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

    im slightly confused… =/

put in my info female, white, 18-24 and went to the next screen where they asked for my name address etc, so i figured i was in. after that went through it sent me to a page for my member id and password but i didnt create one?!

no email yet confirming I could join. help!

    • photography4thecreator

I received a email and it has the ID and password, don’t worry your in 🙂

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

i emailed there contact person and i didnt get in even though i meet the requirements =/

  12. tracy

I think Pinecone is the best, too. I have also stopped doing other surveys for the most part because they do take alot to get a reward or payoff. Two or three times a month I get a paid survey and last week my fifteen year old even got one.

  13. Lauren

I have worked with this company for a short time & have already done three surveys. I’ve been paid for two so far (one I just took a few days ago). This is a really neat site–the rest just seem to reward you with points. Not sure what the requirements are, but I am a white female that is 28.

  14. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

yea its 18-24 … and im like only 6 months to old ; ; oh well lol .. grats to everyone who got in

    • Brittney P

I’m with you on that one. I just turned 25 in January so I barely missed it 🙁

  15. Lisa

I love Pincone Research also! I have done alot of surveys and Pinecone is the best! I love how fast they pay!

  16. Robbiej

I also joined Pinecone Research and have completed 4-5 surveys so far. Payment always arrives in a week or less, but now you have the option of credit to your paypal. I haven’t received any products to try yet, but am excited to do that.

  17. Whitney

I love Pinecone! I have been a member for about 5 years now and get probably 4 or 5 surveys a month and have the money deposited into my paypal account. I then use the money order coupons from clipping services or ebay. They are awesome!

  18. Kathryn

Yea, I didn’t make it either but it sounds like a good one to get into! Hopefully, they’ll want 50 yr old females soon!

  19. Charlotte

    18-24!!! I got it!!! 🙂

  20. Julie

Oh darn!! I’m not what they are looking for. LOL 🙂

  21. Amanda

Yep I’m 33 so in the 25-34 category and white female and they don’t want me either!

  22. Jana

I really like Pinecone research. I enjoy voicing my opinions and getting paid for it! I have done about 10 surveys and also received some free full-size products in the mail to try as well. I always receive my checks right away. Good company! I feel like it pays for my occasional Starbucks!

  23. actuallyamanda

I love Pinecone research! I’ve been a member for over 5 years now and I cant even begin to count how much $ I’ve gotten from them. They used to give $5 per study but then lowered it to $3 each to allow more ppl to join. I’ve tested so many products for them too! I do the direct deposit into my paypal acct also and just save it up for when I need it!

    • shannon f.

how were you able to do it for so long?? I hadnt been recieveing emails at all so I emailed them. Ive been doing it for a year and they just cut me a week ago because they have to “refresh their survey panel” from time to time. no warning, email notice or or anything

      • actuallyamanda

Wow, I’ve never heard of them cutting someone out like that! That just doesnt seem right to me… I dont know how I’ve managed to stay on as long as I have then. Hopefully they wont cut me loose after all this time!

  24. Karen

31, female, white, not in. Bummin’

  25. Heather

White female 24 got me to the 2nd part but not past there. The last time this was posted i got the email with the survey questions and then never heard anything else.

  26. Amber

Accepted & excited to see how this goes! Looks like they are interested in females in their 20’s.

  27. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Try next time ladies! I’m a 37 year old, white, female and they accepted me a couple months ago. I’ve done 3 surveys since I signed up.

  28. Heather

Back to my previos comment. I got the user id and password for the survey and completed it 8 days ago and still havnt reveived my welcome email? Anyone know how long that takes?

  29. TeresaB

I signed up with this company about three months ago and have been quite happy with them so far. They have offered me about six different surveys, all paying $3.00 a piece. Now..I am not going to get rich with this amount of money, but I wasn’t expecting to get rich. The $3.00 checks arrive in about a week and you can’t beat that. Immediate gratification.

So many of these survey companies string out their compensation. Several times I have spent a half hour or more doing a survey and then being disqualified for one reason or another. Now that’s really frustrating.

I am 50+, white female. Go figure, I thought my advanced maturity would surely disqualify me, but it didn’t. I have never not qualified for a survey offered by Pinecone Research.

  30. Tina

    dont want me 🙁

  31. Marie

I’m in college for the 18-24 and they gave me the ID and password, so it seems I qualified! Just need to wait for the actual acceptance email, it seems. I haven’t tried this sort of stuff, but anything to help pay for college supplies is awesome! 😛

  32. Vickie Jones

I’ve been with them a year now and love it, I think total I’ve made about $70, but I’ve tried tons of products for them, have 2 here right now,

  33. Carol

I love working wiith Pinecone. The surveys are interesting and you are compensated $3.00 each.

  34. Holly

I signed up a couple months ago, I don’t get a ton of them, but I’ve made a little! I like them.

  35. kimi

I love Pinecone Research, great surveys and fast payments.

  36. Mel

I’ve been a member since June and have only gotten one survey. They pay quickly but I cant figure out why I’ve only received one. I guess 29 year olds aren’t in too much demand! I’m just happy I got in. Are there any tricks to getting surveys?

  37. Brooke

Still 24 for a little while longer. Yay! lol

  38. Sandra Anderson

I am a 50 year old white female & I wasn’t what they wanted either. I have tried several times & always get the same answer.

  39. Allison

I’m 20 years old, and a caucasion female and I was given a user id and password. Filled out another survey with how many members are in my household, products I buy, etc and they said they would put my name in the “survey que”.

    • C

I got this also – saying I would get another welcome email. My second email never came – did yours?

  40. Lacie

I’m white, 23, and getting married so I just put that I’m married. I got in and am just waiting for my first survey. 🙂 It has been great to join all these survey companies lately, I got into Toluna and I have been doing Opinion Outpost and Mypoints for awhile and am saving all the money for my honeymoon and wedding! 🙂

  41. Amber R.

I currently do surveys through pinecone and I love them! Not to say Im gonna get rich from them or anything but the lil extra cash does help, plus I get a lot of free samples! 😉

  42. CJ

I’ve been with Pinecone for about a year and a half and have made about $80, but I havent received any free products to try. White female mid 40’s.

  43. Carie

I have been working with Pinecone for about a year now. I am a full time working white female age 35-40, wife and mother of four. I usually get two surveys a week at $3 a piece. I have not received any free products. I have only good things to say about the company. The surveys about products I truly am interested in.

  44. Aimee

It did not wor for me either. Good to know that it is working for someone though and that it is real.. I would love to do this. How do you know when they send you a survey?

  45. Jacqueline Williams

I tried and put female, white 35-44 and did not qualify and then I put in my husbands male, 35-44 and white and he didn’t either. That is really disappointing

  46. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

It took me to the sign in page. How do I know that I got in? I’m 18 years old female. Nothing in my email yet

  47. Lori

Well I put my real age and color, then I chose black female, then under 18 black LOL Guess no luck 🙂 Picky people

  48. Amy Johansen

They want dudes. 🙂 I know cause my husband signed up and got accepted. 😀 So if you got a hubby, sign him up! 🙂

    God Bless ~Amy
