As you may know from the Walgreens weekly deals post, there is Register Reward deal available on Osteo Bi-Flex (30 ct). It’s on sale for $9.99 with a $1 Register Reward. Plus, there is a $6 coupon available in the 3/6 RP. …AND this deal gets even sweeter because reportedly these are ringing up buy one get one free. Now keep in mind this BOGO sale may not be going on at all Walgreens locations, so have your cashier do a price check. If they do in fact ring up buy one get one free, you can score the following deal…

*Buy 2 Osteo Bi-Flex 30 ct on sale buy 1 at $9.99 get 1 FREE= $1 RR

Use the $6/1 coupon found in the 3/6 RP

Plus, use the $3/1 coupon found here (use zip code 33460)

Pay $0.99

Get back a $1 RR

Final cost – 2 bottles for FREE!

This stuff is regularly priced at $19.99 each, so this is one heck of a deal!

Side note, you could try and use 2 $6/1 coupons, but you will most likely deal with major coupon beepage and the issue of having to ask the cashier to adjust the second coupon down. I think it’s worth paying the $0.99 and not dealing with the issues that come along with the dreaded beep – just my 2 cents! 🙂

(Thanks so much for the heads up on this awesome deal, Wild for Wags!)

**UPDATE: You can also print additional $3/1 coupons here! (Thanks, Alicia!)

This deal worked at our walgreens central california

  2. Michelle

I bought alot of these for my family and friends and was able to use the $6 coupons. I added the plackers to my orders and the overage went towards them. I only had to pay .14 cents for each order that I did. I got back $1 & $2 wags reward.

  3. Kelli

This is worth another trip to Wags….and of corse to get more Almay too!

    Thanks.

  4. Kari H.

    I didn’t get the $6 MQ 🙁

  5. Michelle

I forgot to add that I also did the Almay deal. Worked like a charm made $40 in Wags rewards after paying out $5.

  6. deranged.me

There is also a $5/1 in the 2/13 SS so $1 MM. If you have the $6/1 coupon and need to find a two buck item you can always score the Method hand soap which also generates a $2 RR. Me, I’ll be out of teeth before I’m out of Plackers.

  7. Emily

Collin, I used 2 $5 ones from the 2/13 SS, it actually applied .01 to my tax (awesome, because my store doesn’t adjust!) And printed out the $1 RR, so MM Osteo Bi Flex!

  8. Nicole

I tried this deal yesterday, and it worked perfectly with the 2 $6/1 coupons. I just needed fillers. It didn’t even beep.

  9. kay

Anyone try this in Illinois? Do you know if this shows up on your receipt (BOGO)? I bought some these already – do you think I can take the receipts back and get my free bottle?

  10. becca

I always feel so empowered walking out of the store with free stuff!!!!!!

  11. Dawn

I did this in WA, it worked, I used 2 $5 q’s but she only took $4.49 for the second q. So I actually pd $1.34 for each box, still not a bad deal since they are normally $19.99 !!!! Thanks so much for the post !!!!

  12. courtney

I used 2 $6 off coupons with no problems. So essentially getting overage.

    Buy 2 BOGO Total: $9.99

    Used (2) $6/1

Get $2.01 overage toward other items

    & Get $1 rr back 🙂

Am I the only one having troubles with WAGS? One store would accepts any almay coupons because the item wasnt pictured and they wouldnt even take their own coupon and forget about using store coupon and manf coupon. Then another store refused to let me purchase 4 toothbrushes and use 2 $2 coupons. I dont get it.

    • Rachael

Wow, did you speak to a manager? I usually have issues with one particular Walgreens and it’s always the SAME cashier…I swear she thinks I’m stealing or something. She will deny my coupons, then I will go in when she isn’t working and they go through just fine. I would try a different wags if one is close enough.

  14. Rachael

This deal works in Indiana, and the cashier was nice enough to adjust down my coupon! It was a miracle I didn’t have issues!

  15. Brandon and Kayla

What do you do if the cashier says you can only buy 1? I told her I heard they were bogo and she looked at the ad and said “no that was the Walgreens brand.”

    What would you have done?

    • meryl

bought it anyway and let her SEE it was on a BOGO! I used 2/$6 coups just fine- and had other items for the overage as they did not adjust down, LOVE my Wags!

  16. sara

@Rachael…. yes the managers came and at first said I could do the transactions… then when it beeped for them they said no. Yet they wouldnt even try it the way I suggested. I have been to two different stores. Same thing in each one. Its like they hear a beep and then thats it..no coupons allowed and they find any reason.

    • Rachael

I have found the best time for me to go is at night. That manager is awesome, and never gives me issues. If I were you, I would keep trying until you find the right cashier/time to go. It gets really frustrating though, trust me, I know 🙂 I always have the coupon policy on hand as well, but I haven’t actually had to use it yet.

  17. Mandi

You can also use the overage to buy the Revlon lipgloss to help your beauty cashiers out. I bought 2 yesterday and she was sooooo appreciative! I was sure to ask if these were the ones that she got credit for and she smiled and said they were. I may just have to go back and buy 2 more! 🙂

  18. elizabeth

I live in VA and did this deal yesterday and it worked great. Used $6 mq and the $3mq and paid $1 and got the $1 RR. I also got a $2 and $3 CAT for more osteo!!!!! I’m pretty lucky though everyone at my wags is very nice and always willing do whatever it takes to help. I feel bad for those of you that are having trouble with your wags!!! All I can say is make sure you bring yor coupon policy and hold your ground!!!

    • Amyt

Worked for me in SC this afternoon! I also got a catalina for $3/1 and $2/1, so I went back to the shelf for another deal. My husband had depleted the stockpile, so this couldn’t have come at a better time. Thanks Hip2Save!

Where are people seeing that this is a B1G1F sale? The ad lists that it is $9.99 for Osteo Bi-Flex with a $1 RR. It is Walgreens brand that is listed as B1G1F.

    • Rachael

It isn’t listed that way, but it rings up that way 🙂 I just got some last night. At my store the shelf still says $19.99.

  20. Ann

I guess I am the only person did not get the B1G1 free. The weird thing is it did show up in my receip as 9.99 BGLP but the total did not show any discounts. I used (1) $6 MFC and (1) $3 MFC. Paid $11 for 2. I only expected to pay $1 for 2. Anyway, I was in hurry to go to work this morning. My mom uses this everyday so I guessed that’s OK price. Should I bring the receipt back to ask the manager about where is the discount that states BGLP? Thanks.

  21. marie

Im in South Florida and they had them B1G1 but had to price check.

  22. Kate

Thank you Collin! I used two $5/1 off and received the $1 RR. Also found some nice deals in clearance that always add to my total but they were too cheap to pass up. And then my son found a cool Vtech toy that teaches– so I went and bought some more Applied Nutrition Anti-Aging supplements for $10 to get the $10 RR to apply towards that. He is happy and my knees are going to be happy in 7 days according to the label for Osteo Bi-flex!

I was starting to try the Wild for Wags 4-5 transaction for little $$ but they were out of Reach toothbrushes and Tena Ultra Thin pads, so I have to try different Wags. It always messes me up when they are out of items.

BTW does anyone know what Wags does for sales with RR when in comes to rainchecks? I meant to ask but I always forget when I am in Q mode at the register and I have a kid with me. 🙂 TY

    • informed

They are not ringing up as b1g1 one free anymore. So you will have to pay full price. This deal is a dud!

  23. Sandy

I bought some a couple hours ago and they were still ringing up BOGO at my Wags!

  24. sck7290

I don’t have the $6/1 for this… can anyone find it online??

  25. Katyln

Has anyone tried this in UT? My dad has really bad knees and I this would really help him. He use to take them before but stopped because it was getting expensive.

  26. Shelly

AAACK!! OK, I really need to vent after my shopping trip to Wags and CVS!
    First, Wags:
I went to specifically snag up the Airwick B1G1 and the OsteoBiFlex B1G1.
Well, they were cleared out of the Airwick, 7.99 items. In fact, they were cleared out of every good deal with exception of the OsteoBiFlex. So, I took two boxes to the cosmetics counter and asked the woman to check if they were B1G1. They are! Woohoo! So, excitedly, I pulled out my coupons and she refused to take 2 of them. She said that since one was free she could only take 1 coupon! So then I went on to say… “well if I buy one will it be half price?” and she says yes but since I want two, she will not let me do it that way! Then she proceeds to try scanning the printed coupon and it wouldn’t scan so she refused it. She tried it once! And I always have problems with my Qs at that register – they always have to fight for the Q to scan! So I told her to forget it, to just give me a raincheck for the airwick on B1G1.

Next I ran to CVS. My main reason for running to CVS was to pick up easter candy. Well, the cashier would not allow me to stack the CVS coupons (from the magic box) with a Man Q! I asked to speak with the manager. Then he told me that the coupons cannot stack and if the register beeps then they cannot accept the coupon! I did do well on other items but really?

Sorry to vent but I feel that if Corporate put more time in to training their employees they would see their numbers improve as well as Employee morale. Train them, give them the tools, and keep them in the loop! GRRRR.

    Thanks for listening!

      Shelly,
I had the same problem like your at Wags. The cashier said I can only use 1 for BOGO items. Luckily, I brought Wags coupon policy that has BOGO policy so the cashier scanned two manu Qs for me eventually.
For CVS, different stores have different policies about combining the CVS coupons and Manu Qs depending on store managers. In my case, I emailed CVS customer service about BOGO coupon policy and bring it with me every time I shop at CVS.
      Hope this helps.

  27. Beth

Ok this is really weird. Went to one Walgreens and the OsteoBiFlex B1G1 worked. Went to another Walgreens 1.6 miles away and it didn’t. Now how does that happen!

    • Gracie

Make sure you get the right osteo bi flex… there are several. The one that is working here in Louisiana is the One a day bi flex. If you go to the walgreens website and type in the search for osteo bi flex it will show you the pics and you can see the one that is $9.99 and BIGI. They were not marked at my Wags. I went to two different stores and they had plenty so I ended up with 6 boxs. I did not have the $6. or $5. coupons. I used the $3.00 coupons. A couple of times it printed 2 $1.00 RR’s.. So I ended up paying around $12.00 for 6 bottles. Still a great deal on a great product!!! Now.. on the Tena pads… y’all check your clearance for these. I found one package for $3.75 and it still printed the $10. RR. 🙂 I had a good day at wags between yesterday and today. Although if you count the hours I put in.. hmmmmm… maybe not so much. I ended up with $215. worth of product and put a $22.00 RR’s profit into my pocket. Now if you take the tax out I probably broke even. I ended up with a lot of RR’s from the last week… I hope Wags has some good deals coming up. There seems to be a pattern there. A couple of good weeks and then NOTHING!!!! I got some great stuff. Vitamins for me and hubby… makeup and makeup remover for me and 6 pkgs of Tena for my Mom. 🙂 OH.. and a good many Hunt’s tomato sauces! LOL!!! Spaghetti anyone?

  28. Britt

I bought mine tonight, and they were still B1G1 free. I have fibromyalgia, so I’m trying something new for my aching joints. I didn’t have the $6.00 off coupon, but still 2 for $3.99 is great… plus I had a $4 RR so I got it free on my end. Thanks for the post Colin!
