RecycleBank: Earn 7-12 Points for Each Specially Marked Box of Ziploc Bags
WooHoo! RecycleBank is offering up yet another new way you can earn points! Just purchase specially marked boxes of Ziploc Snack and Sandwich bags to earn points. You will know if the boxes are participating when you see “Ziploc brand bags are now recyclable” on the top of the box. Then, just find the Recyclebank Points Code printed inside the box and enter it in the points code box. You will earn between 7-12 points for each box purchased! What an awesome and easy way to rack up those points for more high value coupons! 🙂 …And don’t forget to use the $1/2 Ziploc coupons found in the 2/13 SS to save on your Ziploc purchases.

Are just the new Ziploc bags recyclable? Or are older Ziplocs and other brands of plastic bags recyclable too? I recycle plastic shopping bags (the kinds with the handles) at my grocery but never thought of including other types of plastic bags.
Are these boxes just being released or is it possible that the bags I bought last week and the 2 weeks before are in boxes marked with this code? I checked a few of mine but I didn’t see any codes.
If your boxes have that recycling logo (as shown in picture above), it should have a code 😀
