Yes, you just have to call the customer service # and they email you a ecard to buy something else. I was Very please with their customer service! Hope this helps

They will only give you credit, not cash back if a restaurant stops participating. I live in a pretty small town and am really frustrated at restaurant.com right now because they are refusing to give me me money back. The restaurant I picked stopped participating (FOUR days after I bought the certificates!), and there are no other viable family-friendly options in my area to exchange it at. I complained, even to their management, and they still refuse to give me my whopping $4 back (two certificates). So now I am spreading the word that I would recommend NOT supporting a place that can’t handle giving a customer $4 back to keep their customers happy.
Awesome! WE have a resturant in our neighborhood we eat at once a week and is awesome we just saved ourselves 95% we bought several 100 gc for 8$ plus got 15% cash back though ebates, I love it!
