I still haven’t gotten my Target Beauty Bag. What’s inside?

      • Maggie

Fekkai shea butter shampoo and conditioner, neutrogena naturals lip balm (full size), pantene fine hair solutions shampoo, nivea express hydration lotion, revoln colorburst lip gloss (on a page like magazines have them), 25 dollars worth of target coupons and of course an adorable little carrying case!

        • Ronda

Got mine too! It is sooo adorable and full of goodies and coupons as mentioned. Thanks Collin for posting the offer!

I am not a big fan of this mag. They make you feel that you are below other mothers if you don’t work outside of the home. Not to start a big debate…just my opinion.

Well, I just figured it might have some good time saving tips or recipes. Plus, how many of us working mothers (in or out of the home) have time to sit on the couch, eat our bon bons and read this!? 😉 For free I will give it a shot. 🙂

I think it’s really intended to boost the esteem of working moms, who often get a lot of criticism. A working mom isn’t going want to read how their lifestyle is inferior and they’re bad parents, etc. As a working mom, I appreciate their positive, supportive approach. I know for a fact there are many pro-stay-at-home-mom publications out there too, so I think it’s OK if they don’t feel the need to cover that angle.

It can go a bit overboard with the high achieving supermom thing (CEOs and all that), but much of it is about finding balance and juggling multiple responsibilities. And that’s helpful.

does this magazine have good coupons?

Has anyone gotten any Amazon gift codes in the Baby Talk or other magazines lately? I haven’t noticed any…I wonder if Amazon is done with them?

    • chrissygwhite

I didn’t see any in my most recent issue.

I got this recently and it makes you feel like you aren’t adequate if you aren’t some top CEO or something and I do work outside the home!

Glad I’m not the only one…

I love this magazine! I try to take a few min before bed each night to relax and read something. I like the tips, it is organized by time of day, with tip to make your morning , ect., go more smoothly. Esp for free it is great

I got my first issue this week from the last freebie offer. Unfortunately, I have been way too busy to actually read it yet!
