   Got one! So excited…it’s taken me 6 years to decide what color to paint our bedroom. Maybe now I’ll love this color and the white walls will be gone! 🙂

    Awesome – thanks! I have never been able to get that website to load before, but it worked for me today. We’re getting ready to paint our bedroom so that coupon will be put to good use, depending on the price of Valspar paint compared to other brands.

    First I typed in my address (PO Box because the mailperson doesn’t deliver down my dirt road). It said they wouldn’t deliver to a PO Box. So I changed it to my home address. Then it said it was an invalid address. Geez! So then I changed it to my mom’s address (and also changed the name to hers) and it said it was an invalid email address. Then I changed that to my husband’s email address……and it finally freakin’ went through! Geez! OK, guess I have to do a little bit of work to get a freebie…so I don’t mind 🙂
    Thanks for the opportunity 🙂

    PS….This sample will come in handy for a bench that I am sanding/re-painting. Don’t want “people” to think that I ordered this “just because it was free”)

  When I had a PO Box, I got around “no PO Boxes” by putting the address of the post office (like, 1247 Main Street, unit 421) with my box number as “unit number”. It always worked. 😉

    Yes! I finally got it! We are repainting the living room this summer because when we initially painted, it turned out to be an ugly cement looking color. Hopefully the sample is pretty!!

    I would normally … but my experience with Valspar paint has been HORRIBLE. We recently began shopping at Lowe’s because they carry our company’s product and I bought Valspar paint for our bedroom. The paint separated and left streaks of colors all over our walls. I had to go to Home Depot to color match to a Behr paint and redo the entire bedroom. I told both Lowe’s and Valspar and neither did anything about it. From now on I will stick with Behr or Sherwin Williams and steer clear of Valspar.

  I’m surprised you had issues with it, must have caught a bad batch and I can’t believe they didn’t offer you a refund or more paint or anything. I’ve used Valspar many, many times and have had great results with it. In fact, I’ve been pretty bummed out that I can never manage to get one of these samples because I am antsy to get a little painting project done. I want the coupon because I love their paint and I wanted to get the sample in the accent color so that I only have to buy the main one. (I’ll admit…it does irritate me to read people are grabbing the sample “just because it’s free”, they have no plans to paint anything and “don’t know what (they’ll) do with it”…some of us are actually planning to use it…please leave some for us! 🙁

  I try to only use Benjamin Moore paint. I realize it is expensive but it goes on nice, even, and often I only need one coat.

    I got my sample on Saturday no problem. And it was way after the opening time. I think people forget to check on the weekends.
