Fabric softner that smell AMAZING!!!!!
They are a fabric softener that you put right in the wash (not wait until rinse cycle). I bought some a few weeks back when they were free and I love it! Smells great.
Btw, some people have reported their Target has them for $1.99
they are tiny crystals you put right in the washing machine, before you start the machine. They make my clothes smell amazing! (I’m using the purple bottle)
I love the smell too. I have a little more static than with Downey, but I’m okay with that. I like that it’s mostly sugar and not animal fat.
I think clothes are very static-y when they come out of the dryer also…..but they smell amazing!!
I agree. It seems to be more about fresh scent than softener or static. I am using it like crazy though. 🙂

No Target in my area. Don’t y’all just feel so sorry for me? LOL. I love Target! Lived in Vegas for 17 years and that was my “main store”, a couple blocks away. There wasn’t even a Wally world when I moved there, and I rarely went to K-Mart.
~sigh~ Maybe someday Target will consider us here again, when and/if the economy gets better. We actually had Target, as well as Olive Garden, and Red Lobster coming in a couple years ago…the building permits, etc…were all done. Then the economy took a bad turn.
I’ll boo hoo for you. I grew up in Minneapolis, the land of Target. No Wally World until I was in college. Then we moved to Alabama. I was having a really bad day one day and drove 100 miles to Target just because it was so comforting. I think all I bought was cotton balls. My husband has never let me live it down, but now I laugh at myself. I understand how you feel though!
My friend and I always say Target is a medicine that lowers our blood pressure and makes us feel happy, just by walking in the doors. She’ll love this story. =)
In my store it was not marked, the $4.49 price tag was still up–bright red & proud!! But I used the trusty scanner & found they were in fact $2.99. Love it!
My store (Louisville, KY) had a sign for $4.49 too. But underneath was the $2.99 sign, so I price checked to see and they were in fact $2.99. Love to get free stuff!

Also, I like to use them as air fresheners. I pour a little in the bottom of my son’s trash can or put a little dish in his closet.
I’ll have to go in & check because they sort of gave me the run around when i just called, i guess the guy who looked up the price, briefly said they were $4.99 but didn’t say if they were on sale or not, so i’m going to go in today & check once hubby gets home from work!
Little Rock, AR has them for $4.49 so not that great… I did get two bottles, though. $1.49 isn’t that bad, especially for someone who forgets to put softener in the wash! 😉

You are NOT alone! I thought I was pretty isolated, too. My family still thinks Walmart is “cheap”. Unfortunately, they all think I’m a weirdo for using coupons, but weird or not, I am getting by without swiping that credit card, so that’s enough reassurance for me 🙂

It actually WAS the University store. I was at Children’s Place and needed to grab a couple of things, but now I’m reading these were price cut yesterday and this was on Sunday, so maybe they are cheaper now? I am going to the NLR store in about an hour so I’ll see if they have any there!

I actually live in an apartment complex and I get unlimited Redplum inserts from the recycling bin so I have never had to buy a paper. Wait!! There are Red Plum inserts in our area?? I live about 45 min outside of LR and I have the AR Democratic Gazette delivered and I have never seen a Red Plum! I even put in my zipcode and a zipcode from NLR on Red Plum’s site, and they said they don’t have any in our area!!??!!?
Yeah! I get them in the mail, on Wednesdays. I get Redplum plus Kroger sale ad, Edward’s Food Giant, USA Drug, etc. There wasn’t one this week, but I generally get one each week, prior to the Sunday that they are in the newspaper.
That’s crazy!! I need to figure out how I can get them….. We get a Community Shopper paper delivered every Tuesday that has Kroger, USA Drug, etc., but NO Red Plum….

Try the downey ball! I was the same way, I always forgot to add softener during the rinse cycle… but with the downey ball, you just add liquid softener, throw the ball the same you add the detergent… and close the lid. Your all set.

Just came from Target and grabbed the cystals for .99. Can’t wait to try it.
That would be nice if my area had it at that price. I’m not going till Friday so I’m sure by then the local’s will have cleared the shelves lol..but I guess its worth a shot at the one set of coupons I have to try this product.

They will match the price but won’t accept the Target q. They will only accept coupons that state a specific price for an item, like the Wags ones for 99 cent Dawn or whatever. HTH.

Have you been to Target lately? I was getting extremely frustrated with Target and using coupons there, but a few months ago things started to get so much easier.
My Target has suddently become much more coupon friendly! Huge turn-around from the last 2 yrs. I’m lovin’ it!
I am new to couponing and am curious about the Target coupons. How do you know if the coupon on the Target site is a manufacturer or store coupon? I hate it when I print a coupon from the Target site that I already have because I think that it is a Target coupon but it turns out to be a manufacturer coupon instead.
Not to plug another site but Collin references her often for Target deals – totallytarget.com keeps a running list when the site addes mew coupons. She’ll tell you if it’s Target or MFR.

Never used the Target coupons…..but I love this stuff and just called my store and they have them for $2.99. I have about 10 of the manufacturer’s coupons…and the 1 Target coupon….will they let me use that on all 10…or maybe just one and the rest I get for 99-cents?
You would need to print 10 Target coupons for it to apply to all. Target isn’t like wags. So You’d be getting one bottle free with the target Q but have to pay 99 cents for the others.
Thank you thank you thank you for posting this so fast!!! I was able to get to my Target and snag them for 99 cents after coupon, with one free using Target coupon. I finally got to a deal before the coupon queens in town cleared the shelves! LOL
Also, I want to thank Walgreens for letting me keep all my coupons a couple weeks back during their sale and RR offer, because they never restock once their shelf is cleared. Because of them, I was able to snag this deal without the register reward ordeal of one at a time, and Target thanks you I am sure for the business as well! Thanks, Wags! LOL

no, you have to have target coupon for each item purchased. not like walgreens :O(
Did anyone else have this problem? I went to Target today to do the travel size sales and the lady manager said that ALL coupons are NOT for travel sizes regardless if they say it or not and they won’t take them. I had to put all my travel sizes back. Granted it would have been some decent overage because the ts deodorant was clearance too but aren’t they supposed to take them? I thought as long as it didn’t say ‘not travel size’ its legit for any size item. Help!!!! Seriously confused!!!
Take their policy with you, according to it they can reduce the amount of a coupon for items less than the amount. I’ve found it to be a YMMV, I rarely even try anymore, it is too much of a fight.
YOu got a crabby cashier. Only all target coupons are no good for travel. Shes confused, call the store and give reg info off reciept so they can correct her. I had to do this too…they apologized

Hi! I’m in St Charles also. I was going to get the reese’s mini pb cups (which they were all out of, had to get the drops) since today was the last day on the coupon. And checked the purex price and was so happy to see them at 2.99. Hopefully there will be some left when I go back with my q’s. I didn’t have the target ones with me, just the mq’s. They also had some on an endcap. this was the mexico rd store.

$2.99 at Target in Austin, tx!!!! Whoohoo… Got 4 and have enough coupons for two more. My Target has started limiting me again on target coupons per transaction. THey did this before and I ended up getting corp envolved….may have to again. :-/ I hate that!!
I was just wondering if anyone has read mixed reviews on the Purex crystals? I got some free and used them once. While they smell amazing, the two main ingredients are sugar and clay. I’ve heard that these crystals can eventually case problems with your washer, causing residue build up etc. I’d love to go and snag more for free, but not if this product will cause damage to my brand new washer. I’ve also heard that in a few months the makers of the Purex brand will begin selling a new additive that will clean washers. I wonder if this is purely coincidental. I think for now, I’ll stick to my liquid softener.
