Victoria's Secret: Rewards Card Update
I am sure many of you took advantage of the *HOT* Victoria’s Secret Rewards Card Promo where you could snag 2 Rewards Cards with every $10 online purchase made on March 25th. Unfortunately, I have received several emails from readers indicating that their orders from March 25th arrived today but only contained 1 Rewards Card versus the 2 Rewards Cards that were promised. I just received my VS deal with the secret rewards card. I ordered $10 worth and only received one card and the deal was with a $10 purchase you would receive two. So I called and they are shipping me another reward card. So if any other readers have this issue, just have them call the 1-800 number for customer service.
So, if you are in the same boat as Irene, simply pick up the phone and call Victoria’s Secret customer service at 1-800-411-5116 from 8AM EST to 2AM EST. Feel free to share any other comments or suggestions that you may have below.
They did include 2 in my order.
I received mine yesterday and had 2 reward cards in my package! I’m really excited to go use them! 🙂

Though they were very quick to send me another through the mail. At the time I thought, “Wow, what nice and efficient customer service” but now it sounds like it just might be a large volume of people who didn’t receive the two cards as promise. Weird…
Oh well, at least they are sending me another in the mail! 🙂 Hopefully it comes soon so I can use both of them in one go. Mama needs a new pair of bras!
I think there was a “fine print” thing about how you could only use one rewards card per purchase. I could be wrong, but I seem to remember that?
The last time that I used it I was able to use 3 in one transaction!

Is there a secret to using more than one in a transaction? I was excited to do the deal so I could use more than one and get a good deal on a bra (I have 5 cards!) But then when i received the cards i did see in the fine print only one per transaction…
For me I just handed them to her. She took them…it wasn’t anything special lol! Also, if you know each card is worth at least 10 bucks then how ever many you have then have different transactions for each 10 dollar lot. I had a friend who did that and they saw it was too much and put it all together in one transaction….I don’t know it really depends on your store…I’m in Virginia.
Only one card can be used per purchase. I learned this the hard way. 🙁
I was only able to use one per transaction and thus I have a bunch of their mints and slipper socks.
I just have to know-am I the only person who is devasted by the fact that they changed the Rio Brief? It used to be the most comfortable panty anywhere and totally WEDGIE-FREE. The new design is awful. Does anyone else think so?
LOL…I’ve been complaining about that, too! It was the best! I’m still trying to find something else to replace it as my favorite!
No, but I used to LOVE their cotton line before they added the stretch. Now they ride up and don’t hold their shape. Nothing beats cotton!
I just received my order and it only came with one card. Im so glad you posted this. I called customer service and they were so nice about it. They are sending me the second one and I should receive it in a week.
The UPS guy just dropped off my VS package…my 2 cards were there 🙂 Can’t wait to see what they are! Although I have gotten at least 20 since they started this (I guess last year?) and I haven’t gotten one above $10.
I ordered the day before the promotion. 🙁 I got my bikini the other day. Unfortunately I didn’t realize that the bottoms were CHEEKY! LOL. I don’t think I can wear them since I have a little extra cheeky but hubby enjoys them. I will keep a closer eye on what I purchase from now on.
I’ve ordered a couple things that I didn’t like and they’re GREAT about returning/exchanging if you don’t want to be cheeky on the beach 😉

I got 2 cards, however I noticed the expiration dates are April 30th.. not a lot of time to use them unfortunately 🙁

I received 2 :). But I’m wondering, can we use more than one rewards card in single transaction? or are they getting us by having us do this one at a time and pay shipping? :/
On per transaction, at least in the store this was true last night. Not sure about online.
Came on the blog specifically for this topic. Got my order today and only received 1 card, called the 800 number on the back of my order slip and was told by customer service I’d be receiving another card in the mail. Very friendly, fast, and pleasant experience.
I also only got one card, called and they fixed it earlier this morning. It’s too bad that they messed this up (at least what seems like) with tons of these orders. They said it will take 10 business days for the new card to arrive, meaning I only have 2 weeks at most to use it, but at least they’re sending it.
I recieved my order today with two cards! Cant wait till friday to see what they are worth.
I got 2 with each of my orders. I placed 2 that day and got all 4 cards today with my shipments. Thanks for posting about this deal at V.S.!! Hopefully one of mine is a $500 G.C.!!!! Or all of them!! Wouldn’t that be awesome! I think I would faint.
Checked this site just for this topic also…called and was told id be sent another card right away. Very easy!
On a side note, can we use these together or do they have to be seperate purchases? Can we take the card to the register to find out how much we got before we shop? If we shop, then go to pay and find out we won $500, do we get to go shop some more??
I do know you can bring the card to the register and they will tell you how much is on it! Im not sure about your other questions though, sorry 🙁
You can take it to the register to see how much it is worth before you shop.
You can go online and act like you are making a purchase to see how much $ is on it.
I am a manager at a VS. To help answer some questions, it is only one card per purchase but you can make multiple purchases in a day. And as for the amount , you can walk up to any associate and they can check the amount on the card at any register. During the secret rewards last Christmas, we had 5 or 6 $500 winners!!!! And that was in our store alone!!! So it it very possible you can win big!
I only received one…customer service said I’ll get my other one in 5-8 days 🙂
I got my order today as well! I got 2 cards however the underwear I ordered are huge! I have never ordered from before do I have to exchange them through mail or can I take them back to the store?
You have to send it back through the mail. The store will not take them. 🙁
On no, it says right on the receipt they will return in the store. I have done this recently.
Probably depends on the item, anything I have ever ordered said it could not be returned to the store.
I have always been able to exchange/return at the retail location……
You can’t return items purchase online (VS Direct) in the stores as of now. You have to mail it back. VS Direct system is different from the store. Our registers are unable to scan the tags that VS Direct uses. They are hoping to change that at the moment.
I received my order today with only one card. But the customer service was excellent and very friendly will receive my other card in 7-10 days.
I only got 1 as well. Called and they are shipping me another one out. = ) I did take a look at the site again and now it states that you get 1 gift card with $10 purchase through tomorrow so maybe that’s why some of us only got one. I know when I placed my order though it said 2 though. Can’t wait to see how much they are worth!
i think i remember reading in the fine print that you can only use one per transaction.

I got my order yesterday with both cards. Great customer service on that end. I’m not too happy with my local store though. I went there today to use my $10 birthday card, and get another reward card, and they wouldn’t let me use my birthday card on sale priced items (??? I was shocked, but the manager would hear none of it) nor would they give me a rewards card for making a $10 purchase paid for with my birthday card. I had to spend $10 after the birthday card, so $20 total. Seemed like kind of a rip off to me. I think I might start going to the VS in the next town from now on.
I too recently used my Bday reward AND combined it with $10 any bra coupon!
Email them and tell them. Once they wouldn’t give me a dog while making a “Sale purchase” emailed and they sent me a $10 gc! =)) Worth a try!.
I work at VS. If I understand your post correctly, you were hoping to receive a secret reward by making a $10 purchase and using your $10 birthday coupon = $0.00 oop? If that is the case, then the manager is correct. You have to spent a least $10 in order to receive a secret reward. The amount is after coupons used. Hope that helped.

I only got 1 yesterday and I called about it. They were happy to fix the problem!
People are getting orders from 3/25? I ordered on 3/23 and still haven’t received my order…what is going on VS?
My exact thoughts…it always takes a week and a half or two weeks to get my orders from them. 🙁
I did see when I ordered my shirt that different colors/sizes had different ship dates based on if the item was in stock or not. I actually went with my second choice in color because the rest would have taken about 5 days longer.
I know what you mean. I also ordered on 3/25 and haven’t received anything yet either 🙁 in fact, when I check the tracking number online it comes up with “no record” so I have nooo idea. it shipped 3/28 so there should be some kind of information by now :/ guess we’ll see..
I’m in the same situation. I haven’t received mine either. Tracking site says “no record”…hmph. Hope I still get my order…
You can’t rely on the tracking number. Mine kept saying that too and when I went to the post office it was there.
Yay! i got 2 cards with my order! i was wondering tho how i could find out how much they are so i called the number in the post above (customer service #) they said they cant tell me before April 1. and then she told me that they have extended the date through May 31 not just through April 30 like it says on the card!
I only received one but that might’ve been because I ordered on March 26th. What happened was that I had everything in my cart that night but when I clicked the purchase button, it was 12:02AM, March 26th. I emailed customer service right away and they reassured me that I would still be receiving two in the mail. I called customer service today and I’ll be receiving my second one in the mail 🙂
I emailed them bc I also only recieved one card and they said the other one would arrive in the mail separate from my order. So here’s hoping I still get the other one!

My order also only came with one card but customer service was awesome and my second card will be coming in the mail in about 7 business days.
I got mine today and only had one card, but had it all taken care of. The lady said they consider them a giftcard, so you should be able to use two.
I must say I have had to call Victoria Secret customer service a few times and they are always very nice and accomodating which is rare with a lot of companies these days! 🙂
This error rate is SO high that there’s no way this type of oversight was accidental. That is evil. But it’s nice that the phone reps aren’t giving anyone a hard time 🙂 Folks whose orders always take forever to process-it’s possible that your orders go for review in the Special Handling Dept, which deals with people who have been flagged for different reasons.
You guys are all too nice! Nobody is a little peeved that a company that runs a promotion that drives tons of traffic and sales to their site doesn’t follow through and send what they promised? Customer service may be good, but order fulfillment has some serious issues. You shouldn’t have to call them then wait a week to receive what was promised! I am bothered for you, and I haven’t even received my package yet!
That’s what I’m saying! 50% chances of getting the 2nd card means the company purposely only filled 50% of the orders correctly. They obviously have a state-of-the-art order processing center packing up tens of thousands of orders daily where a 50% accuracy rate for order fulfillment would NEVER be tolerated. This was a promotion to drive sales up for the day, and the company must have planned deliberately to withhold the 2nd card from L o t s of people betting that many would not request it. Total BS!
You’re right in that aspect, but most customer service places would tell you sorry and send you on your way without what you were promised in the first place….so I’m impressed that customer service is being so nice about it all and not causing any issues.
I got NO cards in my order! Did anyone order and get nothing!? The only reason I ordered was for this promo. I am not happy, but I am hoping they fix it!
So I got my order today and only one card too!
I called customer service and Melinda helped me and said the other card would be sent out by April 11th. Thank goodness!
I only got ONE in my order…called and am getting another. The lady I spoke with wasn’t even aware of the promotion. She tried telling me that I only was supposed to get one. I wouldn’t back down so she spoke with the online dept. Then she asked if there was a code that I was supposed to enter. I said I wasn’t sure but didn’t think so. All I know is it said on the 25th that I got 2 cards, and I wouldn’t have made a purchase if I didn’t get 2 because I already made 2 other purchases to get cards.

Victoria’s Secret and Bath and Body Works are through the same parent company and apparently their customer service lines handle things the same way. 🙂 I’m glad they are so willing to fix it!
Got my order today, with NO cards! I called their customer service department and spoke with DAWN she was very nice and is sending me 2 cards 🙂

Can you “pretend” to make a purchase online with the card, but then back out of it to see how much is on the card?
Yes you can at very end. Have option to apply card or just check balance. I had 5 and 2 were $50. I am very happy. I am new customer.
So you do not get to use the reawrds cards at check out? you have to get them in the mail then redeem them?

I shopped in the store earlier in March and got a card. Then after seeing this post I did the 7/25.50 deal online. Right after placing my order i noticed i got the wrong color on one of the panties so i called customer service and they said it was too late to change the order so they’d send the correct color right away, and i could send back the incorrect one when the order arrived. Both packages arrived pretty quickly and they BOTH had 2 cards in it! So i have a total of 5 cards now! Just wish i could use more than one in one transaction…for those of you that are saying you were able to, how did you do it?
I had 2 cards checked balance and they were both $50 so I make my separate purchases and my receipts showed $50 off each purchase. Great rt?! Well I get an email today saying that there was an error n some how my card was $10 instead of $50 so they are telling me I have to pay the difference they messed up on or take items off my order. Totally upset. It’s like walking out a store with your bags and they tell you come back in cuz they messed up and gave you too much of a discount. Not my fault.
I checked mine today and one was worth 10 and the other was 100!!!! wooooohoooo!!!! sooo excited!!! thanx sooo much collin, u rock! =D
