BUYER BEWARE. I ordered and it took 8 weeks to receive. They are out of Hong Kong. Good luck contacting customer service. I had to threaten a paypal dispute to get anywhere with them.

I totally agree! I took advantage of the 3 cosmetic bags for $8.00 — Finally just got them! It was only after I ordered that I realized that they are out of Hong Kong..not TX like the site says. Shipping took about 14 days…and the quality was only so-so.
posting on their facebook wall gets a pretty quick response. i’ve never seen a US company do something like make personalized umbrellas.
I’ve ordered tons of thing from them and I’ve never had a problem. I think the longest time it took for me to get something was maybe 2-3 weeks but it was a large order. I’ve ordered the umbrella before and it is a very nice one. My daughter loves Twilight so I designed a Twilight one for her birthday. She loved it.

I ordered an umbrella for my mom for mother’s day last year. It arrived quickly and I was very impressed with the quality. She absolutely loved it! I also ordered custom printed throw pillows for my mother-in-law. Those took a little longer to arrive, but still within a reasonable time frame. They also turned out amazing. I was very impressed with the company and their quality of work.

Certainly would prefer not ordering from China. If I could find somewhere in the US that sells the same things, definitely would order from them. Since I don’t know anywhere in the US these products are made, I order from China. Their products are awesome, unique, and make wonderful gifts. Know it takes a long time for shipping, but found the wait is worth it. I preplanned and have never missed a special occasion for which I purchased the gift. Have been very pleased with each order.

Ok, is it just me having problems or has anyone else been able to purchase the STRAIGHT umbrella for $14.99 with free shipping? The advertisement on the hip2save site shows the ‘custom straight umbrella’ for $14.99 yet on artscow.com all it will let me do for that price is order the ‘custom FOLDING umbrella’. The straight umbrella seems to be a much nicer umbrella and they normally are of better quality than the folding ones. I was hoping that I would be able to get a straight one like is advertised. Just wondering if anyone else has noticed or had this problem. Thanks! 🙂
