Try using Firefox to get it, I got one using firefox. IE wouldnt work.

It must be Internet Explorer that does not work. Downloaded Google Chrome and I was able to get in. Hope this helps 🙂

Go on through firefox instead of internet explorer. For some reason explorer isn’t going through. I just did it and got it through firefox.

Got it. IE wouldn’t work so I used Google Chrome and it loaded quickly.
Darn, I am unable to complete the birth date box. I can select a year, but there is nothing to select in the drop down for month and day and cannot manually enter it. So won’t let me submit.
