I just wanted to remind you that today is Mega Swagbucks Friday, which means you may be able to score more Swagbucks than normal just by searching the web, something we all do on a regular basis! 🙂 If you’re new to Swagbucks, here are a few more ways you can earn Swagbucks…

As for the Swagbucks TV…normally you have to watch 10 videos to get awarded 3 pts….not a great deal since you have to remember to start up the next video. But if you spend a lot of time on your computer, you can win up to 75 swagbucks a day just by having these videos running on your computer.

I’ve noticed that they no longer do the Living Social deals on Swagbucks which bums me out, at least in the Richmond, VA area. I’ve noticed others complain on the SB Facebook page. I’ve redeemed $50 worth of Amazon gift cards and I love this site!

Can you explain the “they take time to redeem” part? Is it not an intant code?
no, it is not an instant code. I think on average for me it takes 2-3 weeks before they email you the code.
They only give out the gc codes one the 1st & the 15th of the month so you have to redeem them before these dates or you have to wait. So if you redeem your SB on the 19th you will have to wait until the 1st to get your GC code. Hope this helps.

But you can store those codes in your Amazon account to use at a later date. Just cash your SB’s in when you get enough for an egift card and then store them in your Amazon account for when you want to use them. Do NOT wait until you find something you want to buy; do it AHEAD of time.
That’s not accurate. I’ve already received codes on the 4th, 8th and 12th this month plus I typically receive my code in 7-10 days.
This is straight from the Swagbucks site.. GIFT CODES ARE POSTED ON YOUR ACCOUNT PROFILE, UNDER “My Gift Cards” WITHIN 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS OF VERIFYING YOUR PURCHASE.

Friday always seems to be my worst day for winning Swagbucks even though it’s Mega Swagbucks Friday. The other days I usually score multiple times and on Fridays, I’m lucky to win once.

The highest bucks I received was 53. Swag bucks is a great site sometimes and I have earned numerous amazon e cards. Recently it changed somehow so my frequent searches only lead me to the rules. So if you work for DS, then swag bucks might not work for you. Because of this I decided to go back to Google, since I hardly earn doing the surveys on swag bucks anyway. I also didn’t like that I almost didn’t get my swag bucks for shopping through their site. All I can say is try it and I’ve tried it since last year, and have given up on them now.
i hear ya – i’m not really enjoying it either. it takes a lot of work, plus i always miss out on the special codes since i only have my daughter’s naptime to be on the computer. I far prefer MyPoints, i have been a member for years and gotten numerous free things. You get 5 pts for just clicking on the email ads they send you, and then you can delete the email and go on with your day… and they’ll send you multiple ones per day! they also award points printing for coupons.com and have surveys too… i find it much more user friendly and awarding! I always print my coupons.com coupons through Swag Bucks when I can. I got a total of 60 SB yesterday for coupons I redeemed. At first it was hard to remember not to go directly to coupons.com, but now its an automatic thing.
i love swag bucks but i have to log in almost after every search. my toolbar shows me loged in but once i do a search it pops up saying u could be wining if you wre logged in. so i log in and same thing keeps happening… anyone know how to fix this? it drives me nuts having 2 log in over and over and over lol
Holly– That sounds really irritating. It might have something to do with your cookies and how they’re enabled.. But I’m not sure. But I bet the problem would be an easy fix for someone more tech savvy than I. Ask around and good luck.
I did one of the swagbucks surveys recently on overnight pants for bedwetting and was asked if I’d be willing to have my child test them out so they sent me a free pack! So, I got the SB for doing the survey plus a the free pack!

i completed a special offer for DMC, i was promised 1224 swagbucks. i have recieved the videos, and emailed them several times, i still have not recieved my bucks. i don’t beleive i will be doing any more special offers.
